Strong smell of cigarette smoke in room and through air conditioning.

Great location, super spacious room and lovely kind friendly helpful staff who despite not speaking any English do their very best to help & communicate. Bit dated/worn out but for the price you can't expect too much! Good value for money with a super great location for getting around on foot to all shopping, markets, bars, cafes, restaurants and an easy walk to harbour and beautiful parks and coastal walks. It is a bit dated on things like the TV which doesn't support Netflix or any English or other foreign language channels. Good wifi. Overall a comfortable stay & good value for money given especially as the room is so big & so quiet even in a busy area as has double glazed soundproof windows. Everything is at your doorstep. The only really negative thing is the room really smells of cigarette smoke which never leaves the room as they must let many guests smoke in the rooms. For a non smoker it's really intense & unpleasant as even if open doors n windows it still permeates throughout the room especially worse if you have the air conditioning on which we had to turn off due to the heavy cigarette smell going through it.

Very noisy during the night with deliveries, trash trucks and a large car park opposite.

Location was good. Within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and coffee shops. Harbour was a short stroll away.

Everything perfect. Excellent location near Söğütlüçeşme station and Kadıköy center. In front of hotel there is supermarket, and near to hotel there is a lot of resturant, kebap, pide, tavuk shops etc. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. Very fast internet. Thank you!

The toilet had a weird sewage smell after flushing, and the toilet stank if you didn't put the lid down after flushing. Showering space could be bigger but was fine still to shower in

Everything was good. Room was huge and comfy. Location of the hotel was good (opposite two small supermarkets) and conveniently located near Mado and a bus ride away from Bagdat street.

The staff was very nice, the room was comfortable for one night, but I can imagine longer stays here. Wi-fi was fast and stable and breakfast was tasty. I should definitely stay here another time.

This hotel was great! We were looking for something at a walking distance both from the train station and from Kadikoy, and this was the perfect solution. 5 min walking distance from the train station and the Kadikoy square just at the end of the street. The host was really nice, seeing that we were a bit flushed from the journey he immediately offered us water. Also, we booked a small room but since a bigger one was free that night he upgraded us for free. Room was great, extrimely big and with every possible comfort. Very clean and new and a great price. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

There was no elevator but the receptionist, Ali, carried my luggage up and down. Overall, my experience in the hotel overshadowed the minor things that I found inconvenient. I think it is worth it to stay and would stay again.

I love the customer service and hospitality I received from day one until the day I checked out. Ali, the receptionist was extremely helpful, and professional, and exceeded my expectations. Since it was my first time in Turkey, I was provided with information about transportation and tourist areas by the receptionist. It was incredibly helpful! The room was clean!

Uncomfortable pillows- too firm. Narrow stairs. Reception area and hallway areas need upgrading and redecorating. They look shabby. For the price can get nicer looking places but maybe not as spacious and overall it was a nice comfortable stay.

Location was great for all amenities and travelling around. Very large and Comfortable bed and good heating in room. Very large room with good black out curtains. Room was quiet and bathroom decent size. Staff were freindly. Easy check in. It was clean with enough sockets.

Everything was fine but the shower could be better, the pressure of water was not great but anyway you could take a shower with no problem. Also it doesn't have a restaurant.

There's no elevator and our room was in the 4th floor (5th storey in the building) which wasnt the most convenient trip after a long tourist day around the city..

Staff are awesome (mustafa asansur :D) , room is super spacious with a lovely window view. Having a couch makes the stay even better. There was a kettle and cups, an iron table but no iron..and the location ia terrific, close to the commercial area and 7 minutes walk from the metro station.
