The best accomodation we could find in Istanbul: reasonable price, very clean and confortable, close to Taksim Square, free parking place, good Wi-fi. Our host, Iacob, was an amaizing guide: he informed us about places to visit or to have a good meal at best prices, he took us with electric car up to the hill. Thank you!

It was wonderful staying there I fell at taksim square and had a foot spasm I wasn't able to walk even so I stayed in my room and the guy hassan at the reception helped me so much and took really good care of me I'm really thankful to him

Having a slope hill from the Hotel till the Takism Square. Would highly recommend some kinda electric car for people with luggage to go up the hill or down the Hill.

Had a great stay! The staff were very helpful—special thanks to Hassan and Yaqoob for their support and letting me check out late. Markets and shops were easily accessible. The room was clean, air conditioning worked well, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks—see you again!

Small problems - the bathroom door wouldn't close, the kettle is inconveniently located due to the socket and does not turn off by itself

Taksim Square can be reached directly from the street where the hotel is located (it is 600 m away, but the hill is very steep/hard to climb).

Clean and comfortable room (deluxe room). Bed linen and towels are clean, not recently renovated. Very good mattress. I will come back because of the cleanliness and quietness. The staff is ok (I requested late check-out until 3:00 PM, they accepted, but I couldn't get back to the hotel). The Hotel have 9 rooms on 3 levels. It is located near Acibadem Taksim.

In the reception was Jakob,very helpful and polite guy. The room was cleaned every day,the towels were changed every day,the coffee and tea was free for us even though breakfast wasn't included.

Steep (but short) hill to get to Taksim Sq, but nothing bad enough to put anyone off going there.

Nice hotel, good value, and a great location for Taksim Sq. Spotlessly clean, very friendly staff (who spoke good English) and strong WiFi connection. Lots of hot water, a comfortable bed, efficient air-conditioning, and very quiet. No elevator, but the staff were happy to carry suitcases up to the room. This place should definitely be considered if you want a clean and well located hotel near Taksim.

This is not a downside to the hotel, they have no fault. The road to get to Taksim is a bit difficult to handle as it's a very steep one. But this is how Istanbul is laid out.

I would like to suggest the owners to fix the problem of leakage below the lavabo in lavatory though it's not any serious if one doesn't open the tap on its fullest. So, it's just a suggestion that can not, under no circumstances, downgrade the value of this very nice and comfortable housing facility!

Cosy room, nice and clean. Since I booked the room on the 2nd floor it was quite inconvenient to climb up to the floor using the narrow steeps but it can't spoil the overall impression in case you have no huge stuff to carry on up to your room. Sweet smells inside the facility, rather talkative personnel, it's readiness to reach out and to try to resolve any issue that might arise, all of that speaks certainly in favour of giving the facility a high grade. But, having said that, I should just warn the visitors of the necessity of purchasing a mobile internet in advance (though the guys inside are ready to provide you with that for a reasonably good price) since the quality of the hotel's wifi may turn shitty (or nonexistent) out of a sudden. Still, I believe it's not their responsibility, and the internet is quite okay in normal days ☺️. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place for a short (or not so short) stay in the beautiful city of Istanbul for the hotel has a very good location close to some of the main attractions.

Water pressure was very weak when I checked in so it was hard to take a shower. The next day pressure was normal.

Room is small but comfortable, furniture looks new. Kind staff. Walking distance (1km) to the Taksim bus stop for airport buses but beware that the road is quite steep, which makes it hard if you have big luggage.
