Actually nothing I can point a finger at. Only one issue was that one room we were given was a smoking room but they were quick to offer alternatives

Gym facilities misleading in the pictures- it was actually a weight machine and a treadmill and free weights in a tiny basement room. Room smelt a bit of stale smoke .

Rooms a bit small, cleaning is not that good u need to ask them again to change blanket and all of that otherwise they don’t bother

I saw a long queue and crowd during breakfast , the hall cant accommodate the tenants at the moment of breakfast , even tough i have not have breakfast in the hotel , it is just observation

At check out time I requested transfer to the airport and hotel’s staff member told me it will cost 800-900 lira, but when I arrived at the airport, driver took from me 1,800 lira. Also bathroom door is not giving good privacy, but luckily I traveled alone that time.

It was just an okay stay. Bear in mind this is an acclaimed hotel chain in Istanbul, and it was mediocre at best. Every amenity is a bit outdated and needs more maintenance. The bed and the room are TINY. Staff could be more welcoming.

It's very noisy in the evening because the hotel is surrounded by nightclubs with extremely loud music and parties till midnight.

We needed high speed internet for one of the guests and were provided with an internet cable but it did not work. The entire internal cable-based network does not work at all, except for the conference rooms. In the end wi-fi was working very well but they should have told us from the beginning that cable internet does not work so that we dont waste time for cable-based setups and testing. Rooms: a rooming list was provided where we indicated who wants a smoker or non-smoker room. In the end it was a mess and some guests had to trade rooms because of this. The hotel itself may need some refurbishing in the common areas (stains on the floors, including conference rooms, some broken furniture in conference rooms etc.). Also when booking the conference rooms we chose one (Pera Pix) which we thought has great views :) in the end it was actually a sticker on the window with the great view !! :))

We organised an event in this hotel and have selected it for following reasons: location, great views, price, availability of several conference rooms, high number of rooms (which allowed for flexibility and lowered the risk of not having rooms available if any last minute bookings were needed), the Michelin rated rooftop restaurant (which we used for one of our dinners) as well as proximity to other great restaurants, shops and points of interest. Among other advantages important for us were: staff that actually speak some English (its a huge problem when organising events in Turkey), taxi stand in front of the hotel, decent and roomy restaurant and common areas. Rooms were clean and everyone liked the views. We had no complaints on the rooms from any of the guests.

I work for other Hotel chain and been in this Hotel in 2007 ...now is end 2023 ... and they still use same room furniture , still ok but outdated ... normally Hotels Refurb quite more often, anyway all very clean

The breakfast was not bad but maybe could have been better. You could hear some music from a local bar it didn’t bother me but if you’re a light sleeper worth asking for a room quiet side.

The room was smoky, we don't smoke and it was very unpleasant, we had to open the windows. The shower in the bathroom didn't work. When we checked in, we were not offered breakfast, it feels like it is not available in this hotel, for me this is a minus, I love to eat.

Very good location! Excellent view from the window of a standard room! 3 minutes walk to Istiklal, 7 minutes walk to the Galata Tower! The number is the same as in the photo. The most comfortable bed! Very good room service, the food we ordered to our room was fresh and tasty. Wifi worked great.
