Lots of street noise on our side of hotel. Taxis honking horns all the time.

we did not have the pack of toothbrush and toothpaste so it was a bit strange then we asked them for it and they immediately bring it.

the breakfast was great i mean the view is awesome , stuff were really kind when we were there for breakfast also reception was really kind and thoughtful.

The transport which was arranged to fetchus by the hotel was not good. We are tourists and arrived at Domestic airport. The transport company requested us to find our way to locate their office at the multi-storey carpark in such a huge Istanbul airport. We walked up and down for about 30 mins and had to call the hotel staff for assistance, finally as we xannot locate their office..The drive came to look for us and brought us to show his office which was located at a corner before he walked over to his van. With so much hassle, the driver got the cheek to ask me for tip which I gave. The hotel should consider engaging another transport company as usually, they will pick up the tourist at the arrival hall. Alternatively, we should have been given the contact number to engage the driver, rather than make us walk around with my (5) family members and 8 pieces of luggage.

We enjoyed our stay there. Brealfast was really good. Staff were helpful and friendly. It is located quite near to the tourist attractions and istiqlal street. This is one of the good hotels I stayed in in Turkey

There is too much noise (use of horn by cars till 4am is very disturbing). There was no much variety on breakfast buffet.

The room was very cold and when we asked for a heater, they said we will provide you with a heater, but they just brought us two blankets :/

AC was working good except for few hours when it was raining 🌧️. May b they stopped it by presuming that weather is cold but we should leave it on discretion of guest. Room light is very dim and no LED light to read something . Bed side bulbs were not functional. I think improvement in lighting of room could be better though it was reasonable.

Thanks. It was wonderful stay overall. Room and bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was very good with good variety of things and specially the roof top location is amazing with great view. Staff behavior was good . I had flight 9pm though late check out was not granted but they kept my luggage 🧳 safely till i came back from market in evening. Thanks. The bathrooms need a little renovation.

The location is perfect . The happening Istiklal street is just a 5 min walk. Rooms are decent for the asking price. The staff was so cordial. Good breakfast served with love.

Two minor points that bothered me were the soundproofing of the rooms, especially the doors - the noise from the corridor is very noticeable. Presumably the menu prices have gone up and have not been updated, so when you order food, make sure you ask for the exact price so there's no confusion.

A very well-located, clean hotel, with very friendly and pleasant staff. The breakfast is very simple but effective.

Shower needs a bit of refurbishment and pillows were bad. The aircon does not provide cold enough air for such hot weather!

It only lacks of a spa/wellness center, but it doesn't matter to me anyway! Everything was cool

This hotel reaches high standards in terms of clean rooms and, in general high quality/price ratio! The position is just fantastic right in the very centre (full of all services) and 15/20 mins from city's best attractions. The room was great enough and very clean. The staff was careful with all our requests. The hotel has a stunning view on the city's skyline from its rooftop, and up there every day a mixed traditional and international breakfast is served. Being in Istanbul relaxing at your hotel was such a wonderful experience!! Thank you so much The Pera Hill!!
