The pricing remains relatively high, and I was unexpectedly charged a parking fee, which is not typically the case with the Ritz-Carlton hotel chain. Additionally, the hotel lacks suitable locations for taking quality photographs, and the room size is smaller compared to other Ritz-Carlton hotels I have visited.

The view is fantastic, though it would be enhanced by the addition of a designated viewpoint for photography. The room is excellent; however, the park view is somewhat limited. Additionally, the executive lounge could see improvement—it offers only a relatively small selection of options.

- Location : It is in the central location but to walk from hotel to sightseeing place or to public transit. We need to walk down/up the slope for 5-7 minutes and go around a building to get to hotel main entrance. Having said that, it is very convenient to walk down to Domabache palace and along the street where we can access the metro.

- Room has partial view of Bospherous and can see Dolmabache. Love the space and coziness of bathroom which has nice branded amenities. - Breakfast has the good spread ( not too many and not too few). Staff at breakfast is energetic and efficient. It was busy when we booked and they manage it very well.

Nothing - but maybe it's not the most central location. You need to walk 20 minutes to be near key neighbourhods or landmarks.

Incredible place and the staff are extremely professional, attentive and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable even for 3 people. The hotel is very luxurious. Breakfast was amazing. We also had dinner at Nobu one night and it was lovely. We were given late check out with no issues. Staff are always extremely helpful and customer centric. Location is nice - overlooking the bosphorus and near one of the key piers we took a bosphorus tour from.

All was good. Location is good but if one decide to walk is a bit hilly and with the traffic not very friendly or easy

We received an upgrade, which was very unexpected and so great! The staff was so lovely, we got an nobu suite with a fantastic jacuzzi and terrace for free! Amazing experience! We would definitely come back!

The doormen at the main entrance could have been more attentive. On a few occasions they were busy in their own conversations and we were left to open the heavy door when leaving the hotel.

Staff were attentive and their service was exceptional. We stayed in a Park Suite and the room was superb, very classy and comfortable furnishings. We had club lounge access which was amazing. The quality of food and beverages exceeded expectations and the staff in the lounge were amazing.

Sadly the pool area and restaurant on that level was closed for renovations so nowhere to sit outside and relax.

A beautiful hotel in a terrific location. It was walking distance to many attractions as well as the tram line. The room we had, had the most stunning views! The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Overpriced items in the minibar fridge and the advertisement on Booking.com does not exclusively specify that there are additional charges on using the items in the minibar fridge.

Great location, amazing comfortable beds and wonderful views of the Bosphorous from the room. Staff is great, food is great at the Hotel and there are great facilities for everyone, especially for families with children there is a kids play room facility on site.

The fact that you had to eat in the Blu Lounge after 10.30pm. The problem being it is full of people smoking.

Our room was not cleaned one day until -0.39 pm. We had to call housekeeping.

The lock in of room was broken for 11 days, we had go go down 3 times a day to ask foe a new jp.

Nothing particularly. Spa and gym were closed only massage available which I didn’t try. Nobu restaurant was expected with more interesting tastes.
