Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RussiaThe room was a bit tired and had lhigh level of humidity. The bedding and clothing were always wet. Its not standard room of 5 star hotel for sure, 3 stars max. The cleaning service was very light to eliminate all dirt, so sand and rock n the shower and balcony were always with us. It was uncomfortable to walk at the balcony as sand sticked to the feet. The space in the wardrobe is ocupied with safebox and there is no room to keep clothing even for 1 person. One day me and my wife feeled something wrong in the stomach after restaurant.
Guest relation service is very helpfull and quite friendly, always replies fast on any questions . Staff is ok. The variety of food is ok. The territorry and location of the hotel is pretty good. The kids club is pretty good. Guest relation gifted us a dinner in la carta restaurant. Thanks) Evening shows are the best, comparing other hotels shows in Antalya where we had a chance to visit ( more than 20 hotels). Kids club, kids club personnel s and kids show are pretty good.

United StatesStaff and team were friendly, attentive and helpful Hotel and restaurant design and construction. Even though the main restaurant was large and hosted many people it felt smaller, and and accoustics allowed one to talk and hear others eaisly and comfortably. This is unusual and quite nice. Food was excellent!

United Arab EmiratesThe bars/ snack stations/ ice cream station has a timing, i mean some will only be open from 1-6 pm. Pools and beach closes at 7pm☹️
Great for all inclusive hotel! Love that they have activities( yoga, bowling, play area for kids, playstation rooms etc.)for the whole day till night at 01:00 am ( nights shows and after party) They have their own beach and if you go early, you will really enjoy the sunrise view❤️ We enjoyed our stay, and even cancelled our city tour just to enjoy the hotel stay😄

United KingdomAvoid the nurse office at all cost. They’re not associated with the hotel, they’re a PRIVATE clinic that charges an arm and a leg and make you pay cash in advance for procedures you don’t need. They don’t tell you they’re private until it is too late. The hotel should implement a process to inform guests of their rights and facilitate access to healthcare.
Everything was amazing, the food quality, the staff and the facility were exceptional. Lots of food choice that caters to allergies and food intolerance, the head chef Ramzan was very kind to us. The guest relations team are also exceptional and very helpful, the kids club and its staff were amazing too. In summary a great hotel with everything you need with very friendly and helpful staff. You and your friends/family will love the experience.

GermanyThe front desk staff it's super unfriendly, we book a queen size bed, the gave us two single beds instead, and was very difficult to get them to understand what we wanted. Svetlana at the front desk is terrible unfriendly. There where too many kids, like too many. School of football and maybe holidays for school group. Very noisy. The rooms you can hear the neighbours.
The buffet it's amazing, and we spent 10 days and we didn't get bored of the food.

United KingdomI feel the main restaurant should have been 24 hrs.. and the other snack bars outside should have stayed open for longer. There should have been free room service. Atleast 1 ala carte restaurant should have been included in the price. Otherwise a good stay, staff were excellent, it was clean,

United KingdomEven though it was all inclusive, the ala cart restaurants were not included in the price, I feel atleast 1 restaurant should have been. The food- 1 restaurant would close then the other would open.. they are not open 24hours, the room service is at a cost.

PakistanThe in room menu for breakfast was too limited. The staff was not very friendly with colored skin guests. They were very welcoming to white skin. I, being pakistani, paid the same amount as others could see the expressions that they were more happy to serve the white people. I know my statement won't be that important, but that's how i felt. 2 bartenders were very welcoming.
The whole theme was great. The shows at amphitheatre were awsome.

United KingdomCatering for Muslims beyond just halal food is very limited. No prayer room seemed to be on-site. The sauna rooms were mixed, and no female-only pools or spaces. They need to cater for Muslim visitors better. In the winter months, there is a significant lack of children-activities, since the water slides are closed.
Amazingly friendly staff throughout the hotel, very eager to help and sort out any problems. Very clean hotel throughout, with good facilities. The food options were varied to a degree and there was an abundance of cakes, snacks and drinks. The rooms were clean and up to date. They were fairly quick to resolve issues and make our stay comfortable. They gave us a complimentary meal in their a la carte restaurant, which was nice. The hotel allowed us to remain in the hotel and use it's facilities and have meals on the day of our flight, even after checkout. They sent a lovely birthday gift and decorations, which was a lovely surprise.

SerbiaCrowds in the restaurant, in the spa center, in the indoor pool. An unpleasant crowd of people. The hotel needs to refresh the spa areas are already quite ruined.
Last year we were in November, this year in December. Now the hotel has many more guests. 3 football clubs are on preparing, some delegations, consultations, congresses. I don't believe in returning to this hotel. The price for early bookings is ok, but when I looked at the possibility of booking for friends, the price is too high for the quality. The name change from Titanic Lara to Titanic Deluxe Lara is without justification. Hotel is not deluxe category. Food monotonous, but good

United KingdomThe lifts were a pain, too small and few and need to be programmed to be a bit more selfish if possible so they don’t stop on every floor on the way down when you’re all crammed in there like a underground train carriage holding your breath waiting to get out but it keeps stopping on every floor, only for more people to sigh at you all as they wait for another to come.
Staff were wonderful as you would expect in Turkey, food was served to your plate so way more hygienic and of good variety, entertainment was excellent, would come again. Very pleased with it.

United Kingdomalmost everything apart from food and location
Lifts have no signage for what is on what floor. No barista coffee inside the main building is available just in the day. No ginger beer / redbull / energy drinks. ( not an alcohol drinker ) You have to find staff no-one approaches you. Lack of waiting staff. 10 managers to 4 waiting staff. Grill restaurant near the beach persistently windy and cold . Broken tiles around walking areas and then being worked on during our stay. Some miserable and arrogant staff. Not enough info on entertainment available. Construction next door through the night. Air con not working in room apparently something to do with climate being warm already or something I don't know !!?? No sandals are available to use in spa or soap or robes. No iron is available to use in a room which is annoying, especially when knowing we have arrived with clothes in suitcases that will be creased. Beds are small doubles so 2 adults would struggle Daughter with Dairy allergy had an absolute nightmare No help whatsoever from head chef just wanders around trying to look important, unless you keep asking and persisting. No one seems to know what's in what. No plug adaptors available. Day i left the elevator and just died suddenly whilst inside. The daughter lost her phone on the last day, security found it, and didn't even inform the main desk, so wandered around frantically. She was searching for over an hour .. Good points ...... food was ok had prawns occasionally and sushi, which my girls enjoyed location and beach was lovely 5 star, though ?? that's the most confusing part 3 or 4 stars at most more like a butlins of turkey, and im sure many will love that, but it's not for me . customer relations wanted to help but provided little to no solution. It seemed like they were more about avoiding discussing and resolving....but too little too late on how to help.

United KingdomThe only thing I was disappointed in was that I had heard that the evening shows were excellent. When we were there, there was nothing I felt it worth to go and see. I wondered if the better shows were April - September?
Smart, clean, well laid out, loved our duplex, the hot tub, the outdoor garden area, the bars and restaurants, the food, the service, the all inclusive package, the beach, everything really!
