I didn't feel the place matches the photos. It was ok for two nights and the fact that it was close to the center was great, but the photos sell it more than what it was.

The place is very central and you can get to the main attractions very easily! Staff is friendly and you have Oreo (the cat) always there to greet you. The break was ok, not a looooot of things but good enough and you also have a terrace where you can see the sunset. It's not taken care of but fine for a break.

Rooms and building needs renovation. Bed was broken but it was replaced by the staff the next day.

Hotel location is central and it is quite convenient to walk to all major tourist attractions but the staff (especially Mr Abdul Rehman) made it a special trip with their helpful and kind gestures.

Location is far from transport and airport, steep ascents. No hangers in the wardrobe, just a bar with no hangers - what's the point? No tea pot. I specifically reserved a twin room, as I was traveling with my nephew. On arrival I was told that they don't have twin rooms, only double. Fortunately they had some triple rooms with one double and one single bed. The bathroom didn't have hangers or surface for clothes and for shower stuff

Location is ok, in the middle of the Old City, close to all the sights. A/C is working, not too noisy street to sleep with open window. Breakfast is ok. 1 type of cheese, 1 type of sausage. 2 types of olives, veggies, tea, coffee, milk.

Hello, I made the above booking in Istanbul Turkey from 7/7/2023 to 7/12/2023 (5 nights) but had been in a miserable condition since last 4 nights and decided to check out one night before. Below are the conditions for which me and my family decided to check out: Big bathroom leak, from the roof with unbearable smell. No one came to fix it despite many complaints (the whole bathroom was flooded with dirty water) The smell made it impossible to sleep during the night. Due to which it became unbearable to stay. Doors would not lock (we all slept with open doors which could be harmful. Dead lices on the bed Ants everywhere in the room and bathroom No Wi-Fi while promised Wi-Fi as per booking Cleaning lady came only once during 4 days and did not even clean the bathroom and changed the old sheets. We faced a lot of mental stress due to these issues and could not enjoy our vacations. All our vacations ruined because of these and on top I had to arrange another hotel for one night which costed me $250 extra as well. It is therefore requested to please refund not only hotel charges paid to this property ($458) but also charges I paid for extra night ($246). Thanks, Muhammad Mukhtar

We stayed at the room with balcony with sea-view. They were generous and their food is various and healthy . But the location is far from main streets you need to walk 10min at least to use transportation such as metro or auto-bus.

Aleph Hotel is very central but also very hidden from the crowd. A cozy and beautiful street. The big plus, it is walking distance to the main touristic points in the old city. Close to the metro and public transport. The staff was very receptive, nice and friendly. My 5 year old daughter really enjoyed it. The spa is great, both massage and hamam. I recommend it. The whole family used the spa. We also had a room with a terrace, where we had breakfast. Also, from the hotel rooftop, it is possible to admire the Marmara Sea. The money was worth spent.
