The food was quite average, it gets a bit boring after a while. The main restaurant does feel more like a canteen.

Prime location, it was really good value for what you got. We enjoyed the entertainment.

-Main restaurant understaffed and not clean; they dont wipe tables and keep same table mats for next guests, just brush crumbs under the table; hard to get a table, most tables 6 seaters so a family of 4 sits and the remaining chairs not used. They need to add more 4 seaters. You need to get waiters attention cause they are understaffed, i was helping myself to get drinks, remove dirty plates, get napkins etc -No proper coffee, cheap instant coffee machine. I brought my own french press and coffee -Alcohol not of the best quality if this is something thats important for u, cocktails overly sweet. Local wines which are sour and not cold enough. Again, brought my own booth. -Poor entertainment for teenagers. This year animation team is disappointing, dnt speak English, dnt interact with children. -Rooms cleaned superficially and very basic amenities but this was not a problem for me as we were out most of the time. Friends room had huge cockroach. -Check in is smooth however if you do not complain you get the worst room. Front office manager Handa was very helpful but only after i made complaints. They allowed us 1.5 hrs late check out which we appreciated.

Good location, nice beach, good food variety. Plenty of sunbeds. Friendly staff who try their best. This is my 7th time to stay at the hotel. Its good value for money, you get exactly what you paid for - mid range all inclusive. Definitely not 5* but very good 3*. Gumbet Centre nearby with supermarkets, pharmacy, entertainment, bars.

The hotel is a bit old. The flusher in the toilet didn't function.

The staff were really friendly, cheerful and helpful. The hotel is in front of the beach, so very convinient. The food in every meal was great. It was very tasty and there were many choices. There were also many choices of drinks.

- the A/C condition performance was weak and not so cold comparing with the hot weather in Bodrum - I recommend to add more international song for entertaining it was mostly Turkish that we didn’t understand -the surface of the beach had hard sharp dangerous rocks, i recommend removing them

-the staff are friendly specily Mr. Sumet and Mr.Emrah they are very helpful and have good ‏ hospitality -the main restaurant was amazing providing so many different foods -the beach was clean and served well -good entertainment programs

My daughter was sleeping on sofa bed and got bitten by bed bugs, room was switched to a lower grade(no ocean view), but no discount for big inconvenience was given. Room could not be extended either for 3 hours at the day of departure.
