I don’t like the live concerts. It was boring. Buffet time was short. Food should be hot all the time. Food was good but after one hour it wasn’t even warm. They should consider that the food should be warm all the time.

Everything was good. It was at the beach front. I like all the facilities there. I like the theatre shows and the disco night party there. Bakery and sweets were awesome. I like the dessert a lot there.

We had an amazing experience on the resort, especially the water sports which was excellent and thrilling. I really enjoyed the shows in the arena which had its own vibe and the best part was drinks on the poolside.

Almost everything is great Everything is very beautiful, from the beach to the swimming pools to the service. Everything is wonderful. The place is very excellent and close to city center (it is better to rent a car inside Antalya than to travel by taxi). However, the location of the resort is very excellent compared to the rest of the resorts in Belek and Kemer.

The water in the Swimup rooms pool are absolutely freezing Internet wasn’t working good and I had each time to go to the reception cause they didn’t want to solve thru phone Hamam was closed sometimes

Slides could be kept open more as it is a good attraction for children, but were open just for a few hours everyday.

Good size rooms, good entertainment, delicious food at the fish restaurant, good at Mexican and Italian restaurants, ok at the usual canteen. Pools are big and nice, beach very nice as well.

It is Hard to speak English with the staff. Public toilets by the pool aren't clean. Regarding what you will be expecting to find the Hotel is mainly occupied by Eastern European tourists. There was not a friendly vibe in the air, on the buffet and bars we found hilarious how people behave , there is no respect for queues, we found very rude and loud people, you can be loud and friendly, but this is definitely not the case. Of course this last part is not related with the hotel but would definitely have made me choose different accomodation if I knew it for the beghining.

The beach area is nice and it has a bar close by. Seafood restaurante was good.

We had an unfortunate visit to the fish restaurant, the food was of completely unacceptable quality. Although maybe this was an exception to the rule and we were just unlucky. Another downside is the soundproofing of the room. It leaves a lot to be desired.

The hotel is not far from Antalya Airport, which is a big plus. The hotel is not new. However, its condition is quite good and the room we stayed in has been renovated. The whole area looks well maintained and clean. The choice of food in the main restaurant is very extensive. You can find food for all tastes. The hotel staff is attentive to emerging issues and try to solve them as soon as possible. It is worth noting the good work of Lilia - front desk manager. She was attentive and responsive. Also Zeynep the house keeper of our room. She cleaned the room well, changed the linen every day and made funny figures out of towels.

We faced an incident of staff rudeness; however when we raised it to the management it was so respected and taken into account. I did not like that the room refill of essentials (tissues, cotton buds, and others) and food leftovers removal, which led to ants accumulation, do not happen as part of the daily cleaning, we should request that.

The resort is a perfect place for families, especially for kids that are less than 8 years old. There are daily programs that keep everyone entertained, all-day food and beverages, and continuous assistance through WhatsApp.

I stayed at a hotel during the EID period, but unfortunately, my experience was not worth the price I paid. Firstly, the price was extremely high, which was disappointing. Furthermore, the SPA was a letdown. The Jacuzzi was not working properly and was quite small. Additionally, I found the staff there to be somewhat difficult to deal with. I didn't feel like they were particularly friendly or accommodating. I booked a duplex room, but, the upper floor did not have a safe box, which was concerning. The hotel only offered two robes, which was insufficient for a room of that size.

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the location and the amenities. The hotel is situated right on the beach and offers stunning views of the ocean. I also enjoyed the large and clean swimming pools, which were the perfect size for a refreshing swim. One of the highlights of my stay (five nights with my family) was the hotel's food. There was a great variety of dishes available, and everything I tried was delicious. The à la carte restaurant was particularly amazing, and I was blown away by the quality of the food and the attentive service. Speaking of service, I have to say that the staff at this hotel really went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were friendly and welcoming, and always available to help with anything I needed. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway with great food and excellent service, this is the place to go. I had a wonderful experience here and I'm sure you will too.

It is an amazing holiday destination. They have fun activities for all age groups which makes it an ideal destination for all age groups. The place we liked most is the kids club where kids can have unlimited fun under the supervision of amazing staff. They also have water slides for kids and adults on top of numerous pools spread all over the resort. The beach is also full of fun and includes volley ball and a pier. Thr good is also amazing and options are numerous. Cafes and restaurants are spread all over and serve delicious food all of which is covered in booking price. Hats off to the amazing team who is managing all of this.

The drinks in the bar were not available several times during the day on weekend which was unexpected for ultra ll inclusive. And we really missed the steam room in the spa.

The location is not far from the airport. The beach is very nice, the hotel has a spacious territory & various facilities to relax for adults and kids. The choice of food & drinks is great. We especially liked the Italian restaurant with very nice food & fast service, and the sweets cafe in the lobby. The spa center with heated swimming pool, hammam and sauna was also very convenient. Even in the low season it is a nice place to stay!

People at the bar were not easy, asking for proper espresso was not welcomed at all...

Guest relation was very kind, offered us complimentary dinner at İtalian ala cart. Hotel was spacious, and clean. Cleaning ladies and waitresses were kind. There were a lot of swimming pools, Kids Club was extremely big and had a lot of options.
