Pool access was limited for kids 12 and under Only allowed up until 6:00pm. this made no sence as most peolpe would be out during the day and at the hotel of an evening.also the adult pool was cold and you wouldn't want to spend much time in it whereas the toddler pool was very warm.no pool facility for children between the age of 5-12 . Breakfast was good how however pancakes were cold.

I didn't like the soundproofing in the rooms, as you can easily hear your neighbor's bathroom or the music from your neighbor's TV.

The hotel is small and beautiful, located in a very distinctive area in Fatih. We were upgraded to a room at a very reasonable price in February. The hotel is lovely and peaceful, consisting of five floors and two underground floors. It has a restaurant on the third floor with a view of the Bosphorus serving good meals. Breakfast is delicious and varied, with a wide variety of wonderful and very fresh pastries. The place is adjacent to Gülhane Park and is about a six-minute walk from Eminönü Port. It's very close, about a minute's walk, to a tram station that takes you to all the tourist areas you want, such as Taksim (requires a small metro), Galata Port, and Kabataş Port directly. I highly recommend trying the restaurant in the hotel, where lunch and dinner are served in a wonderful and very delicious way. We tried several dishes, and they are worth trying

The room was at the back side of the hotel, no view at all.

Best location to be around. Breakfast was multinational at the higher floor with excellent view. The room was at the second floor and at the back side, next time I will ask for higher floor.

No robs in the room, no bath in the bathroom, and in the breakfast, the stuff can help a bit more. No good order of use in the spa, and the weather in the swimming pool is very cold, generally, the Spa staff needs better responses compared to the clients.

The Room was very nice, we booked a Superior room and got and small upgrade, a superior room with veranta, but no bath in the bathroom, just a shower. The size of the room was very good, and the bed was very but very comfortable. The name of the room was Zeynep Sultan. The only issue was that to go to our room we were passing by a bridge between the hotel buildings, totally outside the area bridge, and after visiting the spa (they didn`t give us a robe, after asking that and we left only with towels) I got very bad flue and was in Hospital one week after returning in my country because I have an issue with my immunity system and every small cold going to serious issue on my health. The breakfast was very nice, even better when we found out that we could order another extra 6 plates included in the menu, but no one explained that to us in the first 2 days, they were in a card not on every table, so if no one mentioned how we could find out. The coffee offered was often, you could order by charging a regular one, and that one was good. The view from the breakfast room is just brilliant. The location is exactly between the main tourist spots, and for the rest easy tram can take you. The Hotel reception staff was very kind and explained everything.

I would rather to have more options in the breakfast like semi skimmed milk or without lactose. And we couldn't use the swimming pool because was only until 6pm and we usually are visiting the city at that time. It should be open at least a couple of hours more to get a relax time after a long day.

In the spa you need to wear a swimming cap which they did provide at a cost - The breakfast for vegetarians was very limited, the few veggie options they had were cooked in mixed oil and nothing was labelled clearly.

Great location, really easy to get around using the tram Staff were really friendly and helpful Spa was lovely to!
