Everything was good but facilities were old-fashioned and room cleaning service was not good enough, overall it is worth for staying, if we take into account the money we paid.

Rooms were not as per shown pictures and bit smaller, with low quality of items like sleepers and cupboards.

the facilities in both the room and the bath room is a little bit old. no elevator.

The location is great! 10 mins walk to main visiting points. and it is very close the the nice garden and seaside. Besides, 3 mins walk to 2 tram station, 1 mamaray station and also 1 port, which give great convenience to go to anywhere. It is shared bathroom but it is very clean all the time, hot water 24hrs. I am satisfied with what i pay for. Staff are nice.

The Wifi was very slow.

With the price that I paid, I could say that this hotel met my expectation. The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was also very helpful. The hotel is located near the historical sites.

The single room actually quite small for me, but hence, it still comfortable.

Located in a very nice location. You can find metro and trams nearby. So many shops and restaurants as well. Recommended for solo travelers.

The bathroom and toilet need to be shared. The sink is at the hall way. A bit inconvenience.

My room was at 4th floor and the property has no lift. But this was no issue. The staffs were very helpful and carried the luggage when I checked in and out. The location was excellent. The price was consistent. (Some other hotels I had been to doubled/tripled their price in some days thus I had to move hotel. Yeni was the third hotel in my 5 night/6 days trip in Istanbul) the room was nice in size and with open window view. The hotel overall has good Turkish vibes. I will stay at Yeni for sure if I visit Istanbul again.

The rooms and bathrom need some modern touches and uplifts for the better tourist experience.

The hotel's location in perfect. All sightseeing are close to it. Th staff was nice. In Turkey most of the people DO NOT speak English. If you ask them the answer will be chat-pat or so so a little, not enough.

Shared bathrooms.

The hotel although old and tiny, is acceptably clean. The bed and pillows was comfortable and the sheets was white and clean with a fresh smell of laundry. The location is within walking distance to Hagia Sophia. Food are easy to find all around.
