The location of the property was prime, however it is in busiest part of the city. So, do plan your travel well advance for airport etc

Our reservation was for a garden suite. After the first night we realised that the room was noisy; the hotel manager offered us a suite at a higher floor at no additional cost for the rest of our stay.

The staff were amazing, very attentive and helpful! The hotel is really nice and clean, the breakfast was really delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect and a close walk to the main attractions. We had a very lovely time and really enjoyed our stay at Yılsam Sultanahmet Hotel, we will definitely be returning to this hotel.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. The hotel is a short walk away from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia Mosque.

I stayed here last year in June and so I decided to book the same hotel this time too and they looked after us very well. Rooms are spacious and variety of great options for breakfast. Furthermore, we needed a taxi last minute as our taxi driver for our original booking didn't turn up and Nevzat and his other colleague helped me and my family massively. I couldn't be thankful enough. Amazing!

In case you rent a room on level floor, you will definetly have a problem with the people smoking underneath the room windows: Everybody doing it, even the hotel employees (and they did it again and again, even when we told them that we have to keep open the window because the bathroom smelled kind of funny and we had to air the room somehow...)

The room showed signs of minor wear and tear that paint could easily fix. There was nothing bad at all, and it didn't affect our enjoyment. It's the only thing I could think of that would be a dislike of hotel.

The staff was amazing and very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful. Views were beautiful!

The hotel is located very close to the main sights of the city. We had the view to the sea from our room, as well as from the bar during breakfasts. The staff was very helpful and supportive. We celebrated our friend"s birthday and were predented a birthday cake for breakfast.

The location of the hotel and its proximity to historical sites was very good. A 15-minute walk will take you to a beautiful walking area by the sea. Means of transportation such as trams and subways are very close. There are many small and large markets, restaurants and cafes around. We walked for 15 minutes to reach the shopping street called Lalali and found many brands. Thank you also for the airport transfer. The attention of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the deliciousness of the breakfastThe location of the hotel and its proximity to historical sites was very good. The hotel is right near the historical area of Istanbul, you can't pick a better place if you want to stay in the middle of it an explore on foot. The view from the rooms is exactly as stated and amazing. The rooms were large and very neat and clean.
