Pool facilities were not fantastic but an added bonus to sauna and swim if you wish. Pool was quite cold.

Excellent location for hostoric/tourist Istabul. Walking distance to the grand bazar, Egyptian bazar, blue mosque etc. Fantastic rooftop bar with excellent service and nice selection of drinks food and hookah. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and a beautiful rooftop restaurant with a pianist. Bedroom was a comfortable twin. We didn't have a view but that didn't bother us. Plenty of space for luggage and a nice clean bathroom. As the week went on there was a heavy smell in the bathroom but nothing worth complaining about and it was the same across the city for bathrooms that were not very busy. Would highly recommend staying at Hotel Zurich for value for money!

The staff is very helpful, always ready to assist with everything. Very kind and cheerful. The location of the hotel is great, near the metro and tramway, gives easy access to the main sights. The facility is not new, there were some minor problems with ventilation. It is not very noisy, but for light sleepers it might be quite challenging, as the sound from the restaurants located nearby is coming in the rooms. Overall, the hotel was very nice and I would recommend staying here if you are looking for average budget options.

Sometimes can be noisy downstairs at night but only because its in the middle of town. The noise stops around midnight or so, which is quite reasonable in my opinion.

The staff are all very helpful - from orienting us into the room, hotel facilities, into booking our tour to ensure that we get the best experience and value for money, and also assisted us in booking our taxis which gives us a fair rate. The location is also very convenient - really close to the metro and tram station and lots of restaurants at its doorstep. Highly recommended.

The room was on a small side, however still comfortable. The pool was also quite small and a bit cold.

Conveniently located next to the tube and tram stops, lots of restaurants/shops in the vicinity. Hotel staff are friendly and caring. Decent breakfast with good selection of food.

The room is smaller than the picture and a bit older than it looks in pictures.

The location is good and staff were very friendly and helpful, they even brought a piece of cake for my friend on her birthday when I informed them about it during reservation.

Breakfast not to my kind of food the pool needs more attention the mate by the steps is full of mould and it’s old , the steps are a bit rusty and need to be fixed windows sides need to be cleaned properly and the bar needs more drinks variety. Like nice cocktails 2 for one or buy one get one free something like that.
