The noise at night time when someone is snoring loud. It is understandable and unavoidable. But, its just one night.

The location is very close to Formosa Boulevard MRT station, which makes it accessible if you are coming from Kaohsiung International Airport and if you want to go to Kaohsiung Main Station to travel to other Taiwan cities. I really like the set-up of the free breakfast because we eat all together on a long table. Hence, we interact with other guests.

Free breakfast and just 5 minutes walk to formosa blvd Mrt station, which is the location of the dome of light . Bed was also comfortable. Place is also near some night markets and food stores.. and it has an elevator.

There is no windows in the rooms which make it very claustrophobic considering we can be up to 12 persons in a small room

Very nice free breakfast. They don't have towels for rent but they can sell you towel of face clothes. Staff was very nice but they don't speak English much which didn't matter actually. Night market is in walking distance. Beds comfy.

The upper bed was a bit difficult to climb up and down. I saw one person fall down. My roommates were touching a plastic bag until late night.

Great location which is near 2 lines of metro and night market. Nice staff, let me change my bed to the bottom bed. Good price.

1. Excellent location. A min walk from Formosa Boulevard MRT, 5 to 10mins from the night markets 2. Super comfy n large single beds, with privacy curtains 3. Simple but free breakfast of bread, jam, peanut butter, eggs, salad n juices. 4. Fully equipped kitchen but just one stove available. 5. Common area is nice n big, easy to socialize.

Staff was so-so. Not Really explaining everything, rooms weren't well ventilated. Guests smoked in the hallway and showers. But nothing the staff can do about

WiFi is advertised as high speed, but it’s nonexistent in the rooms. Only downstairs in the common area is the WiFi working. Rooms smelled & bathrooms too, other than that it was clean. The guests we had in the dorm were snoring, talking loud, putting on the lights in the middle of the night, and generally very inconsiderate. This isn’t the hostels fault, but still worth mentioning. Bring earplugs

Curtains didn’t cover the bunk enough. Felt like I could be seen all night. Unlucky roommate situation (snoring). Nothing against the hostel itself it was just the time of year and certain people with us.

For a dormitory hostel it was super clean and well-organized. Breakfast was surprisingly fresh and the coffee was the best free hostel coffee I’ve ever had. Beds were super comfy and water pressure was great.
