Double bed was fairly small, lucky the staff we able to switch us to a room with 2 single beds.

Clean room, good breakfast, location was ok a bit of a walk was required to get to the stations had to taxi with suitcases

Hotel rooms are good, as expected of Holiday Inn Express chain. It is a great location especially if you're planning day trips out, with easy bus access.

Great breakfast, many variety, good food, good chef and staff, good service. Room had musty smell, but overall ok. Think they renovated the place, bathroom seemed more modern looking. The hotel is quite big but a bit far from the train station and Feng Jia night market.

The breakfast was disappointing. It had a limited range of western food. I was literally the 1st person to eat at 06:30 and the bacon and eggs were already cold. Admittedly, it's a Holiday Inn Express, but thought it would be better.

The room was comfortable with a nice bed and armchair. Good soundproofing. The shower was strong and there was enough storage. The hotel lobby is connected to a mall. I didn't go shopping, but did go to the Starbucks directly attached to the lobby. The hotel is next to the park and near the main train station, so quite close to the main points of interest.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was excellent with a wide selection. They have an area outside their cafe for people to drink their coffee and tea. Snacks can be purchased from a vending machine.

The staffs are generally not proactive, not too helpful , not that warm, and either not forthcoming with information or lack of knowledge eg eating places, using poor maps , wrote an incorrect Street

I was not aware that the booking of standard room (twin or double) does not guarantee guest of a double bed, even if it was already requested during booking. I was dismayed to find out during check-in as the reception wanted to allocate us a twin room. She said that it is a standard protocol that the allocation is dependable on availability, for standard rooms. I informed that it was not clearly stated so on the booking page. Only after some assertions, she decided to let us upgrade to the deluxe room with double bed, with a top up of 600 twd per night. It was originally 1200 twd per night. We decided to take it up with alot of disappointment. This clearly is a serious misrepresentation or omission of impt information on booking.com.

It was just beside a park. We had a good stroll on the last day of stay. It was also beside a shopping mall whc would have providing convenience of shopping. The breakfast has good spread of food whc including the famous local like braised pork rice and danzai noodle. The deluxe room was spacious and had a lounge sofa.

Room was super dusty and dirty actually. There were stains on curtains, stains on hand towels, stains on pillow cases. I wished they vacuum the floor because I left my bags on the floor and there were plenty of dusty on it after and I kept sneezing. Wish their bed was bigger. The hair dryer was a pain. There was a cap at the front that kept dropping off which is so irritating. Gave up drying my hair.

Location is conveniently located with a small mall. It was a fuss free one night stay. Interesting view as it faced inwards towards the mall. Interesting shower door that is shared for both main toilet and shower.

THE BED WAS NOT THAT COMFORTABLE. YOU DON'T HAVE CITY VIEW FROM YOUR ROOM.

A HOTEL OF GOOD C/P VALUE, AFFORDABLE RATE WITH ABOVE-AVERAGED QUALITY OF ROOM AND SERVICE. THOUGH THE FREE BREAKFAST IS QUITE SIMPLE, YOUR APETISE STILL CAN BE SATISFIED.

The room they give me is no window because I book from other than their website, they ask me to pay more in order to get window, after I pay $11 more, they give me a lock window face to inside! Bed Mattress is too soft!
