The location is convenient near Tainan train station and bus stop. Also there are lots of cute shops nearby, easy to explore. The hotel is so clean and spacious, staff is very friendly too. Definitely recommend to stay here when you plan to visit Tainan.

Many instructions were in English, except for the air conditioner remote. When we checked in to the room after a full day in the heat and humidity of June, the room was stifling hot. We started the air conditioner successfully and it was running when we left the next morning; when we returned from our excursions, the air conditioner was off. I messaged the owner (?) who responded that we must have put it on a timer. No further help or instructions were given. This problem continued throughout our 3-day stay. We were hot when going to be and most of the night, since the air conditioner had to heat up a large space and there were no fans to help with air movement.

Room was large and bathroom had large vanity with 2 sinks and separate shower and tub.

Room was really big and clean. There is a shared living room space on the 2nd floor where they had cooking facilities if you wished to use. Had seamless check in/check out process via WhatsApp. Location was few minutes walk away from Tainan station, super convenient.

Not much! Could have done with a few more plug sockets and hangers for clothes but this is just nitpicking.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was huge. It was conveniently located near the local train station which was helpful as we were on a late train from Hualien. They were really communicative on the LINE app and when we had an issue during our stay they resolved it quickly the next day.

Check in instructions were not sent until they received my payment, but that wasn't communicated to me. It all worked out since they were very responsive on WhatsApp, but they should make it clear that check in instructions are contingent on payment first.

The room was huge, the bed was big and comfy, the walk was only 8 minutes from the main station, and the little side street is very cute. We also enjoyed having the balcony for some fresh air and to hang our clothes out. Bathroom was great.

The handheld bidet leaked and shower doors weren't properly sealed so the bathroom got wet but slippers were provided.

The whole checkin and checkout was contactless, we didn't see any staff at all while we were there and were instead provided with all info via Whatsapp. Room was spacious and clean, fairly quiet (we only heard when the next door room were leaving or coming back) and good location near food, shops, train station.

Tea and coffee would have been nice. The shower was very slippery. The property manager was difficult to reach, no doorman and communication was done exclusively through WhatsApp

Huge room, comfortable bed with extra pillows per pax. Water provided anytime, just pick up at the shared kitchen area. Helpful and prompt communications by the staff through WhatsApp. Definitely recommended stay!

One bedside lamp was broken, and the other did not work. Moreover, some coffee and tea bags would have been nice as a water kettle and cups were available.

Carrying bags to the third floor could be heavy for someone not prepared for it. I got plenty of warning, and it was not a problem.

The location at the west end of the old street, was excellent, especially for the tourist train. The room was clean and the owner very responsive.
