The curtains were not blackout so the light will wake you up too soon. The place is a bit worn with peeling wallpaper and art that is nothing remarkable. The shower head was too low for my husband 5’11”—only good for people 5’8”. Towel bar in awkward position to use after getting out of tub/shower.

The best thing was the breakfast. There was a lot of variety for people who like Asian food. Staff were nice and spoke English well to help with directions and book a taxi.

Hotel lobby decor looked quite dark and old, but the rooms themselves were nice.

Clean hotel with nice breakfast and helpful staff. Location is decent - within 5 min walk from flower garden night market, but not much else nearby. Not so convenient for public transport but hotel staff were happy to help call a taxi each time we needed.

Clean, comfortable and spacious. Competent and welcoming staff. Free outdoor parking lot located across street from hotel. There is also a driveway in front of hotel entrance where you can leave car standing (or park temporarily) while you check-in load/unload luggage. Loved the free evening “snack” bar at the dining hall for guests staying at the hotel. 3-5 minute walk to the biggest “Flower Night Market” in town. Delicious, fresh and bountiful breakfast buffet. Loved every minute of our stay here.

The room AC or thermostat seemed to be not great - either that or the quilt was too thick We kept waking up because we were perspiring it was too warm… even after we set the thermostat. The pillows were also too soft which made for not a pleasant sleep.

Breakfast buffet is poor - a very sorry selection of low-quality food, clearly chosen for rock-bottom price. I've had better in lower-rated hotels. They probably should have either offered an a la carte service if a buffet wasn't economically feasible, or cut down the number of food items to just 5 or 6 high-quality dishes instead of trying to offer 20 disappointing ones. Same with the evening supper buffet, which is a great idea in principle but just doesn't work - it would have been better for both guests and hotel to offer just a small selection of snacks and drinks or (again) an a la carte service. Other hotels offering the same "snack bar" experience just confine themselves to packaged candy/noodles, a coffee machine, and a few cold drinks. Despite the terrible food, this hotel offers excellent value for money and would recommend. Just go elsewhere for your breakfast!

Great location, excellent helpful and friendly staff who got the room ready for us ahead of time. We asked for an iron and ironing board and it was in the room when we got there. We later realised that they brought it to our room from the laundry room at our request. There was also a small dinner reception at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a good somewhat unusual spread. Staff gave great suggestion what to do around the hotel. If you are in Tainan this is THE hotel to stay at!! Particularly on weekends this is just minutes from the Garden Night Market!

Service is great!! Theres bike to borrow if you want to ride around (only 4 bike that time). Near the Garden NightMarket! Super easy to access! Moreover, they do have Supper time! they provide some foods to eat from 19.00-22.00. really nice! The breakfast is great too!

Shower tray was not the best and it was slippery

Next to costco and the night market. Lots of food in the night market. One of our room did not smell very nice, but the hotel staff was very quick to rectify the situation and they brought in an air purifier.

The air in the room and hallway smells like secondhand and thirdhand smoke from previous or other guests, and it was the same even after switching rooms.
