Some animal exhibition was under renovation.. however, the overall stay was still pleasant!

Cleanliness could be better. Lack of clothes hangers and room slippers. Limited food options. Breakfast was limited. No covered walkways from rooms to lobby and dining.

Staff were polite and helpful. Room was spacious. Animals were plenty, with fun activities for kids.

It’s a bit pricey, but it’s OK.

It’s not a new property but it’s still so interesting with animals right at the reception. The food was surprisingly good. Very conveniently located near the leofoo theme park which was enjoyable for adults and kids! The indoor playground is super!

We found it hard to understand what the set meal for supper was but that is probably our issue with a lack of Chinese. Equally there were lots of activities but not advertised in English- again more our problem.

The resort was great, the children loved seeing the animals from the room and it was extremely relaxing to stay there. The food was good and the breakfast had lots of options which we needed for small children.

The flooring is not carpeted and can b cold during winter. Asked the hotel reception for bedroom slippers and was informed not available. Saw the bedroom slippers on housekeeping cart and asked reception for it. Still get "No" as an answer 👎

Food was expensive and they didn’t allow other food to be ordered in.

Being close to the animals was fun. Theme park not crowded at start of year and we could take many rides. The indoor playground was amazing.

For Kenya Room which is on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator so we have to lug our luggages up the stairs to our room. It was especially difficult for the elderly.

Booked Kenya Room with Greenery View (3 Queen beds) & Congo Twin Room with Greenery View (1 Queen + 2 twin beds). Awesome view of animal arena & both rooms are very clean and spacious.

very near to the theme park for playing. bed is comfortable. staff is quite helpful as there were limited choice for our dinner, with considering away from center, and the restaurant in the hotel are fully booked, staff helps us order pizza in the end (as that the only vendor allow to enter).

The room is quite basic, and the breakfast buffet is quite normal, thought they have a kids section which the children like.

Wake up to the view of animals outside the room like zebra, rhino etc. The kids love the resort and it is next to Lee foo theme park. Great location.

The spaciousness of the hotel room, being able to engage in interaction with animals like the alpacas and sheep, the food quality in the restaurant and friendliness of the staff. Water refill and vending machines were also easily accessible at the hotel.

It’s a resort with only 1 restaurant. By the time we arrived and checked in, it was around 6.30pm. Booked a table for dinner at the restaurant and the waiter told us that dinner ends at 7pm. Was in such a hurry feeding my son and I did not really enjoy my dinner coz the waiter kept reminding us it ends at 7pm.

The animals on display felt like being captivated intentionally. They couldn’t roam freely and had limited space.

No entertainment at night. It is very inconvenient to go to the city.

It is a very interesting place. I can see some animals from my room. The breakfast has quite a big spread of selection. They provide free shuttle car to the theme park.
