It is a small Hotel that is close to the Taipei main train station. The hotel is always very clean. I also had a lost and found item which they agreed to deliver to my family member using the 7-11 parcel delivery. The check in and out process on their AI machine works well.

Simple, modern rooms. Limited lobby area. Boxed breakfast. Good beer selection available at front desk. Beds comfortable. Helpful staff. Inconvenient location for master light switches on the furthest corner of the room from the door. Plenty of outlets/charging areas.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel - modern, stylish, and a good size. I thought it represented good value for money, especially considering the great location in Tainan, a lovely city. And lovely staff, who either spoke good English, or if they didn't were more than happy to make it work through Google translate. Can't ask for more than that. Accommodating of cyclists, no problem to take the bike to the room. This is always appreciated.

There was a problem with my booking: the room I booked was not the one I got, my room was significantly smaller. I had to deal with this for my entire stay because the service didn't have their booking system under control. In the end I got a 4% discount, which was ridiculous for the size difference and stress.

The room was very nicely and cozily furnished, we immediately felt at home. The facilities were generally exceptional and well thought out.

Close to two convenience stores and the look of the room doesn't have any unnecessary decoration. I had to check in when there was no staffing and initially not sure how to get in, but it worked out well with the machine.

The breakfast bento is interesting but a bit too little with minimal protein.

There was a smell in the room which I'm guessing came from the ventilation as there was no window to open. Also there were lots of the tiny little flies and mosquitos in the room. I got bitten every night. The room was a bit humid so a dehumidifier would've been good. I could also hear water running through the water pipes at times. It sounded so loud I thought water was going to leak into my room through the vents (it didn't). These were not deal breakers and I didn't say anything to the staff as I'm not sure what they could've done about it and I didn't want to change rooms. I would stay there again. It was great value for money, especially compared with Taipei hotels.

The room and hotel were really nice. It looks new and had a really nice vibe. It was spacious and bright. The electrical sockets were all universal which is great, there was a water refill station, the hotel soap and shampoo were great, the shower had good pressure, the breakfast was delicious and healthy (lots of veges), the bed was comfortable. I even found one of the pillows ok (I really struggle with hotel pillows).

The building seemed to have sewage issues- the bathroom basin smells bad, but please do not let it deter you from giving them a shot. The friendly and practical attitude of the staff more than made up for the inconvenience of the smell. Plus, when we were there, we saw they got some help to try to deal with the sewage smell. However Tainan is an old city and perhaps it was not easy to deal with this situation, as we would expect.

The property has a friendly start up vibe which we found endearing. The staff are nice and polite and sincere. They are all pretty young and enterprising. The location is along Kang Le street and has easy access to a bubble tea shop, convenience stalls and a 15 mins walk to city centre. The hotel provides bento breakfast and the food is healthy and has variety. Very much appreciated. My husband tried the beer on tap at the reception bar and found it really delicious.

Beautiful styling! Lots of space; beds comfortable and small balcony with rooftops view. Breakfast was not expansive but sufficient and lovely. Great base for day trips from Tainan.
