The ideal location made it easy to explore the charming streets of Jiu Fen, with numerous shops and eateries just a short walk away. My room was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of comfort and luxury. One of the highlights was the private balcony, where I could enjoy breathtaking views of both the sea and the mountains—truly a perfect spot to relax. The service was attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Jiu Fen!

Inn does not provide breakfast. Therefore, suggest to get food in advance from the convenience store or stalls in Jiufen the night before. The Inn is also located right at the top and tail end of Jiufen hence do expect some climb up the steep stairs.

Beautiful view from the rooms! Staff was friendly and the inn provided sufficient toiletries for the stay. Bed was also comfy and we appreciate the complimentary snacks!

The hotel provides lots of treats and capsule coffee/tea but not really a breakfast, there is only a few shop open for breakfast in Jiufen Old Street.

Perfect location, just right on Jiufen Old Street. We booked 3 rooms of the hotel and it turned out that 3 rooms mean the entire building and it's so perfect for a family of 8 people.

This is not a big deal. I can tell the room has welcomed many visitors. The staff may want to consider updating the bedding and towels in the room soon; this would make the room feel even more luxurious!

Everything about the room was excellent: comfortable, clean, includes all the amenities needed, had a tub and a shower in a warming room that's separate from the toilet and sink. The building was quiet and very well taken care of. The view from the room and rooftop was breathtaking! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Before the stay, they communicated check-in requirements and provided detailed directions via WhatsApp. And during check-in, they did a thorough job of showing us around the room and the building. Would definitely book this place again.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing detailed information before check-in, including a great tip for taking a taxi. By asking the driver to stop near the nearby elementary school, we only had a short 100-metre walk to the property—super convenient! Check-in and check-out were seamless. We stayed in a room on the second floor, which offered spectacular views. The room itself was beautifully set up, comfortable, and inviting—perfect for sitting by the window or balcony and enjoying the scenery all day. The location is unbeatable, right next to Jiufen Old Street, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The host was lovely, always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help. There were also great amenities, including free snacks that guests could enjoy at their leisure.

The description to the location is right up the stairs of jiufen but in the rain, it is a good hike up which is not easy in the rain, can be slippery so make sure you travel light, and have good grip shoes. A hiking stick is useful.

The location is of great view and has all the amenities you need for a short stay. Staff was pleasant and we were also able to check in early as in was raining. They provided a lovely pantry which serves well for a nice simple breakfast whilst enjoying the view.

The only inconvenience is the problem of parking. There's no free car park of the hotel. You have to pay to park your car in the car park of a temple near the hotel. Or you have to park in other places and walk about 10 minutes to get there.

The views from the room is stunning. There's also a small balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise or night view with a cup of coffee or tea. The hotel offers the snack bar 24/7. There are crackers, breads, and drinks. Inside the room, the cleanliness was 10/10. I will definitely come back again.

Nothing! Loved my stay here. If anything just the numerous stairs but that's the characteristic of Jiufen.

The hospitality of the host, she waited for me to arrive to help me with my bags and then showing me the room and all the tidbits and snacks I can have, and how to walk to the main street. She also helped me with booking a taxi back to airport. Just very warm and hospitable. Also the view from the room. Just unbelievable. The sunset was just right from the room window and it was like a painting. Perfect to just rest after a work week and drink tea. Location was great, quick walk to the main street of Jiufen where you go downhill and see the famous sites and enjoy the local life. It was packed full of day trip tourists so I really enjoyed being able to go back to the air-conditioned room to cool down and rest. They also have a dehumidifier in the room to make the room more comfortable too.
