Staff were very amazing and accommodating, allowed us to use facilities when arriving early and also allowed us to keep using the facilities after check out. The buffet food was very good with a range of options every day. Room was cleaned multiple times per day.

Wifi signal could be improved, but is was not a major issue at all.

Everything at the hotel was exceptional. Staff were amazing and impeccable . The rooms were really clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The buffet meals were really diverse, delicious and we found them excellent and didn't have the need to try the other restaurants. Beach was absolutely gorgeous- it didn't matter low or high tide, we could use it any time of the day. Absolutely recommend!

Our bed was terribly uncomfortable. Firm and creaked every time you moved even a finger.

Great pool and beach access. Our beach I thought was better compared to Riu Jambo and Zuri Zanzibar next door. The tides were not a big deal at all (? maybe time of the year). Good restaurants and customer service. You do have access to all Riu Jambo facilities.

First of all the resort is beautiful. The hospitality is better than we could ever imagine, all the staff were super nice, fast service and very helpful. It was our honeymoon and the hotel upgraded our room (which was absolutely stunning, with amazing view of the sunset). Also they prepared the bottle of champagne in our room which made us feel really special. The facilities were great, with lots of activities so you have plenty things to do or you can just relax on the beautiful sandy beach. They have a great scuba diving center where they offer diving courses and license, which was something we always wanted to try. The food was amazing - they offer plenty different dishes from cuisines all over the world and what really surprised us is that every day the dishes were completely different. On top of that you have 3 specialty restaurants where you can book a dinner 2 days in advance (however you have to be really fast with booking, because the spots fill very quickly). We had to leave in the middle of the night due to an early flight and the hotel offered us to prepare a lunch box for our trip back home. To conclude the hotel is definitely 10/10 and we would highly recommend it.

Everything. Staff were friendly, food was great and there was great variety. The resort offered something for everyone (as an adult only resort). Would definitely recommend. As pescetarians we had no people with the food options.

We were there for a special birthday. The staff couldn’t do enough to help us celebrate. Free room upgrade, champagne to the room and a birthday cake. The resort is spotless, staff friendly some remember your name! Highly recommend.

We got irritated with the noisy music in the evenings. It was difficult to find a quiet spot. It was often a problem getting a golf cart, very necessary in the hot weather. There is a need to control the crows.

We were very impressed with the restaurants, especially the buffet. The beach was excellent. In fact, we could not fault the facilities. We were impressed with the gala dinner, not only the food but the staff put in the extra mile with the setting up of tables and decorations.

The extraordinarily warm welcome of the staff (Fatima, Rashid, Sadick to name a few), ensuring the quality of the service down to the smallest details. The variety and quality of the food. The white sand and cleanliness of the beach are among many other things I really liked
