The staff was super friendly, everything was super clean and looks very well maintained, you can tell that they care and pay attention to all details of the place to make it feel comfortable. The breakfast is always super good, loots of nice and fresh choices. The transport to the beach is very convenient. They organised all the tours and excursions we needed very easily and convenient

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and often anticipated our needs before we even asked. The food was delicious, our villa modern, spacious and spotlessly clean, and the overall service top-notch. One of the highlights was the Swahili night, featuring fantastic local dishes and an unforgettable acrobat performance. We also treated ourselves to a relaxing massage during our stay— just what we needed after our safari adventures. Although not beachfront, the resort is just a short walk through Jambiani village to the sea, or you can take a shuttle to one of their partner beachfront properties, which are equally well-designed and welcoming. That said, we actually preferred the peaceful charm of the Oasis itself. We’d come back in a heartbeat—and in fact, we’re already planning our return in 2026!

The beach is a 5 minute walk and it is not the best beach of Zanzibar, especially when the tide is low.

The staff! Everyone is so friendly, attentive and happy. There is really a good vibe. The food is good, the pools are great. We joined their buffet with a show of impressive acrobats. They partner with some other hotels on the beach with a free shuttle service. Jambiani is a friendly village.

Amazing spacious villa, clean and well-equipped. The staff really went the extra mile to make our stay perfect - friendly, responsive to any needs we had and helpful in giving advice and guidance on the various things to see and do on the island. There is plenty of space outside for each of the guests to enjoy the loungers, pools, restaurant gym etc. You can use the sister hotels which are located on the beach so that adds the extra option of beachfront and other pools to enjoy.

Excellent location, beautiful bungalow very spacious with all the amenities required for our stay. The staff from the managers to the cleaners, maintenance security and gardeners were exceptional nothing was too much for them, The staff were polite and respectful and always had a smile and have good conversation with you. A special mention to Alawi and Jaqalyn who looked after us and with whom we had many conversations. All the staff are a credit to the company. The bed is pretty hard. We didn’t say anything, because it is personal preference. If we had, I’m sure they would have come up with something to help us out

So beautiful place. Every angle was perfect. The pools very perfect, both for swimming and playing for kids. The bar and restaurant was good, service was very attentive.

The villa was new and really clean. The Oasis Residence is a little paradise. The property is well maintained and we love the gym. The staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The food was generally super good. The hotel is located 3-4 minutes walking from the beautiful Jambiani beach.

Loved everything! Even when I mentioned the mattresses were too hard, they brought a softer mattress topper! So no everything perfect!

I really can't fault this property, everything was truly exceptional, the ambience, environment, location (although we hired a car to get around, you can still walk to the beach and only 5 mins to Paje in a taxi if you want more life), the villas were gorgeous, the staff were exceptional in their friendliness and service, the food was lovely, good cocktails and nothing overpriced, we didn't get a chance this trip to take advantage of their access to their other resorts which looked amazing too but we will next time. We come to Zanzibar fairly regularly and we will definitely return here time and time again!

Main thing we did not like was not being able to enjoy breakfast as it gets full of bees flying around, at least in Feb when we were there. Nevertheless you can still ask them to bring it to your villa. Other smaller points: shampoo missing, hairdryer also not there. TV not working well (we could not download prime nor cast). Finally very small detail but around 7/8pm a lady was coming by to spray anti mosquito in your room, a bit annoying if you are chilling there.

We had an amazing stay, the villa is very spacious, comfy and new. The place offers everything you need: laundry service, grocery list (you can order your own ingredients just like if it was a supermarket), gym (we enjoyed it a lot, simple but enough cardio machines and weights, all new equipment), daily room service, massages (very good!) and shuttle to the other 2 sister properties. We enjoyed the latter ones more as they are beach side and we liked the vibe better. The staff is super friendly and helpful, we would love to come back!

The transport issue which I booked on booking.com . There was a little bit for misunderstanding in terms of communication and as a result they sent me a cab at the airport of which I had already booked transport for airport . But we resolved it . It was okay

The pool was heaven , they organised a party for me since it was my birthday and Kunal is the manager there very accomodating and kind to the staff. It was luxurious, the room aesthetics were pleasing . They have grocery list if you want to cook , the aircon works perfectly compared to my previous hotel . It is newly opened and facilities are great . I can say 10/10 it was my best stay in Zanzibar . You will definitely not regret. They have sister hotels near the beach , if you want to visit during the day they just call a cab for you .

The internet could be stronger (good for social media but challenging if you need to work), also they used a product in the pool that turned all our bathing suits yellowish (but said they would investigate, so hopefully this should be fixed with better type of chlorine).

The hotel is even better than on the pictures, staff is very welcoming, pool is nice and deep, breakfast is amazing, and rooms are very confortable. Overall, we had a very nice experience and highly recommend!
