Some furniture, like the wardrobe, felt a bit old and had some dust, as did certain areas in the bathroom. Nothing major, but it could be improved.

The hotel arranged our airport transfer, which was excellent; the driver was even kind enough to take us to visit an art gallery on the way. The welcome at the hotel was fantastic. The property itself is beautiful, an old house full of character, surrounded by lovely gardens and with lots of wooden details that give it a special charm. The food was excellent, tasty and of very high quality. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The staff were outstanding – attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Overall, the hotel has a very stylish and peaceful atmosphere. Considering the prices in the area, the value for money is very good.

It’s a little bit tucked away, though still in a very safe area and close to the airport.

The staff were truly exceptional... some of the kindest and most attentive people we’ve ever met. They went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth and pleasant as possible, always with a smile and genuine care. They even organised a lovely little tour of Arusha for us at a very fair price. The place itself was cosy and authentic, with great rooms, nice food, a peaceful atmosphere, and everything we needed.

Access road and thought it was closer to the airport. Says 2.4 km on booking.com cover statement but further in says 6 km away. We booked here as had an early flight to get to but luckily only took 15 mins by car as little traffic early morning

Really lovely hotel on the outskirts of Arusha. The staff are very attentive and care for their guests well. It is situated in a peaceful area where you can relax, accompanied by the sounds of singing birds. I highly recommend it!

From the moment I arrived at the property, the staff treated me with such kindness. They automatically upgraded my room, were attentive, and ensured my comfort for the entire stay. The room was extremely clean and the area around the hotel was green and well managed. The restaurant also had some of the best food I ate while in TZ. 100/10 recommend.

The hot water for the shower was good but not great and the beds were a little on the firm side for my liking. The room says it has a view of the mountains but that's not really the case. Overall very nice local hotel.

The balcony and the breakfast were excellent. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. There are a group of birds that hang out by the pool and they are a lot of fun to watch. The rooms are spacious and clean.

We stayed here on two occasions-before and after our safari- and it truly felt like home (but better!). Elly took care of everything for us: airport transfers, late check-out, food made to order, wine by the pool: you name it, we got it, with a smile! I even discovered that my safari-shattered trainers had been washed while we were out :) This villa is a little oasis: we loved watching the weaver birds build their nests by the pool while we enjoyed our meals. It was such a personalized experience after the bustling tour group filled safari lodeges, and that is what made it so special.

The entrance road is narrow and complicated, so it is not easy to enter and exit. The road is especially slippery after it rains. It is located on the outskirts of the city, so it is not easy to get to and from the city.

The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Although the facility is not that big, the pool is quite large and well maintained.

This is hands down the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. They even cleaned our dusty shoes since we had just come from safari. We ate dinner out by the pool which was so pretty. The property is very lush with trees, flowers, and birds everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend this to anyone coming to Arusha. Food was wonderful too!!! Thank you everyone!

This property had it all, swimming pool which was nice and big, the room we had was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. They even washed my car which was unexpected but much appreciated. Dinner was also very nice.

I have stayed for 5 days at villa Arumeru and I recommend wholeheartedly, the rooms are large, nicely decorated and with fantastic beds, my room had a large balcony overlooking the pool and a really big and nice bathroom. But most importantly the staff at villa Arumeru is fantastic, they cater to all your needs before you even know have them, everybody treats you with smiles and friendliness. On top of that the place is impeccably clean and the food is good - I will for sure come back.
