I would have put a 10 if it wasnt for the water that is salty and greasy. We were really debating if it would be better to shower or not.

I don't like cats, therefore, I didn't like the fact that they had a cat moving around me, especially during breakfast.

The facility was cleaned. The owner was flexible and caring and even offered advice on transportation fares within Nungwi and Kendwa. Toto, the staff there was so friendly. The Breakfast was nice.

Great value for money, amazing owner and staff! So nice, helped with everything. Good location if arriving per bus or scooter. Walking distance to various beaches. Enjoyed my stay, was there only for two nights but could easily have stayed longer.

I was one of the first guests overall at this accomodation and I did my booking few hours before my check in so they were not ready at all to my arrival:D I missed the towels even the blanket was missing so the first night was terrible but at the end of the day, I liked it here, owner apologized next days and offered me welcome drink:)

Position Is the best one, suprisingly quiet place right on the main road spacious rooms.

With a little more infrastructure in the bathroom (hooks, towel rail, shelving), it would get a straight 10/10 rating from me!

We were welcomed with open arms by Wael and Noro. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet at night. Nothing was a problem. It was a real home-away-from-home experience. There was some beautiful artwork happening during our stay - the finished product will be fab.

Air condition was not cooling (working as a fan only) and in the night was up to 30degrees. We asked to change the room for another with working air condition but we were told that the system is the same everywhere, which I believe was not the thruth when asking other guests our last day. All other 4 days no guests were in any apartment. There were a lot of ants in the room and bathroom In the toilet we spotted 3 cockroach as big as my thumb. First time in my life so big. In the sink and shower there was only salty water!!!! If you want to take a shower you have to buy a big bottles in the shop next the gate.

I loved this place. The owner is very nice person, he gives you many tips and recommendations and really cares about your stay. The area was a bit further from the beach, 17 minutes walk, but it was reasonably priced to compensate for it.

Andrea is a treasure, she helped us to organize our trips in the area and chased the local trip providers to give us good services. Also organized the local taxi for us and gave us useful tips. The room was clean and spacious, air conditioning working, hot water in the shower worked. The room was cleaned nicely every day. The breakfast was big, exceptionally good. If you like milk in your coffee, just ask for it, nothing is a problem. We could also use the kitchen if needed for cutlery etc.

I like the style of the rooms, it’s really comfortable and the light is cozy. The facilities are good you can use everything what you need from the kitchen. The owner is also really helpful and trustful! I had a great time, thank you so much again!
