The lighting at the rooms needs some improvement. The shared toilets need some refurbishment.

The staff were kind and hospitable. The swimming pool is excellent. The food was good.

No ice cream. Shortage of ice. Fruit and juice with breakfast were warm. Cannot swim at the beach ar the resort, clients must be told upfront. Some of the young staff especially waitresses at dinner needs a lot of training. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Big beds and very natural feeling pool. Sprayed every late afternoon. Wonderful staff. Very helpful and friendly.

The food was poor and the service was slow.

Room was a lovely size with a great balcony. The pool was beautiful and huge. Very quiet in the mornings but open to the public in the afternoons so a bit busy.

- Checkin very complicated (we had to wait 45mins for the checkin because -> we don't know - they coulndn't tell us // bad English communication skills of the reception employees) - We ordered a taxi for 4am for airport transportation. Before going to the room the evening before, we quickly paod everything at the reception and made sure it will work. The receptionist then called & awoke us at 03:27 that the taxi is here. We stressed a lot to be as fast as possible at the reception. Once there he told us that he called us, called the taxi at thet moment and told me, that he is on the way! - Swimming on the beach almost impossible since the water level is very low - Pool is used by externals (schools?) which is on one hand good but on the other hand it was a big group, sun chairs occupied, very loud, water was dirty afferwards and pool bar seemed to be closed - There was a very little amount of guests and therefore the hotel seemed to be almost empty compared to its size

There was a musty smell in the room, the curtains and cushions were not so clean.

Spacious environment, I like the huge gardens. The room was large enough with bath amenities.

We had a problem with the hairdryer not working and had to change rooms (my wife really needed it!) The shower was very poor and there's some general wear and tear and tiredness about the property, room and bathroom, but nothing too bad.

The hotel is pretty good value for money - we only needed a place for one night, close to the airport, and it served a purpose for us. The room we had was a good size, the pool and outside areas are nicely designed, and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

I pre-booked and wasn’t able to get my room on arrival, but I dis have to pay for that pre-booked night and also pay for a late check-out

Location was good, the Housekeeping Manager Maureen was amazing and so was Chef Aggrey. The breakfast was alright and the room was comfortable and quite unique.

Level.of service not as expected, meals took too long despite ordering early, something shd be done to eliminate mosquitos and restaurant staff shd be trained on customers expectations

Pool used by public e.g. swimming lessons making it unusable most the time (would be nice to know this in advance). Due to this loud noise and hard to relax. Also the sunbeds / beach towels could use some tlc.

At night it was dark as they didn’t use lights and I found the showers to be cold for most of my stay and water pressure very low.
