Quite far from the main tourist attractions - you will have to take a taxi or public transport to get to them. The Pryvokzalny Market is relatively close, so it is a bit noisy during the day and has an appropriate atmosphere.

There was no elevator. All was fine in the apartment, except the doors, which weren't lock without a key turn. They just didn't stay in closed position. Some marks of not finished renovation. The hairdryer was dead but we quickly got another. A little bit empty (no decor).

Good location near the train station, tram to the center is nearby (several blocks). Comfy, very large bed, good sofa. Normal sheets. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen zone had some cups, plates, a pot etc. Enough to make quick food and tea. The outside was quiet. Large room space. Bonus - pretty parrot at the reception room.

We had trains that left later in the afternoon, and asked the woman on duty politely if we could leave our luggage at reception. The woman we asked straight up refused, and said that we could not keep our things there. We explained to her that, since check out was at 11:30 am, and our trains weren’t until after 5 pm, we didn’t have anywhere to put our things. She said it wasn’t her problem. We asked her if she knew of a place, and she said no. We then ended up paying to store our things at the train station (50 UAH a bag). The attitude of this one woman was not like the other staff members, who were overall very helpful. But I’ve never had a place that I’ve stayed refuse to store luggage— and I’ve traveled to 46 countries.

This was my second time staying at this apartment and my second stay overall was better. The double person apartment has more space, a larger window to let in fresh air, and more supplies for cooking. It is also fairly close to the train station

The tiles at the entrance are in poor condition. It spoils the whole impression. The bedding is old and slightly worn. The sheet does not quite fit the bed. There is no decent knife. Only one pot and one pan. Everything is old. It is not two rooms, but one with a partition. If the photos on the website were the same as in reality, I definitely wouldn't have chosen this place. Everything there is so bright and shiny, but in reality it's gray and cheap.

I was trying to contact the host several times with no success. In the end i booked it without the answer if there is a generator or not - only because of the convenient location. There was no generator and when the electricity was missing i was provided a very small hand lamp. Fortunately, electricity cuts are pretty short in Lviv at the moment (1-2 hours).

The premises and staff are nice, the location is super convenient. Well-equipped apartment, warm and cosy.

I stayed at this place twice, two weeks apart. My second apartment was much better than my first. My first place was really small and really hot. There was a heatwave in the city, no ac, and only one very small window. The host found me a fan, which helped alleviate some of the heat. The images on Booking don’t really correlate to the specific room I stayed in but more in general to all the rooms available. There also was an icon for clothes washing available, but when I arrived, they said this wasn’t available on site. They tried to help me find somewhere else to wash my clothes, but it was a bit expensive, and was going to take longer than I had on my quick trip. There was also bare minimum for supplies in the apartment— no broom or dust pan, minimal cooking and eating utensils. Finally, some of the staff isn’t very helpful.

The staff is sometimes really helpful, depending on who you have. It is quite close to the train station. The larger options for apartments are much more comfortable
