Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BulgariaThis is high level class hotel, its unacceptable not to have an airport transfer, gym, and not to have coffee and water in the rooms daily!!! They gave us just on arrival...The water in the bathroom is green.
Location is fantastic! Its not close to the sightseeings, but for business or sport is N1! Perfect parking! Nice restaurant! The food in the restaurant its not bad! Spacy and clean rooms! Fantastic view!

the location and staff were great! 24 room service for those who checks-in late at night is a great option the rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable and the window view was magnificent from my 7th floor

Ukrainethe bed was not very comfortable, it had to separate one person mattresses placed one next to other and on top of them they were covered with thin double mattress, which led to us falling in between the original two mattresses the whole night. The windows do not open to the top (for air ventilation), you have to open them all the way in order to breath some fresh air (the temperature within the room was quite hot with no ability to bring it down as we were told by the hotel's handyman.

I booked a room for 2 person but they forgot to put one towel.. then after I said the problem solved. but then next day when I came to room there was again only one towel..I stayed alone but paid for 2 people just in case. so not a big deal.. I thought that it is expensive for 2 days nearly 150 dollar 2 people room..
the hotel room was on the 10th floor and view was amazing. nice reception. available get invoice . room was ok but a little small. the cleanliness of bathroom and room was ok. close to the main railway station in Kiev...you can arrive hotel by 10 or 15 minute walking..

United Statesthe non smoking room smelt like smoke and the pull out couch bed was not very comfortable but we changed rooms and it was fine.
Location was great, a good amount of places to eat with in walking distance. You could easily use an electric scooter to get to the main plaza 15 min away or Uber was extremely cheap. Breakfast was around $10 USD and it was a great selection of very good food buffet style, dinner was also very good the one time we ate in for dinner.
