Hmmm difficult, considering that this is not a 5 star super expensive Hilton and is great for the price I would put a memory foam topper on the matress but I am a large chap lol

I like everything about this hotel, from the dark wood to the great and wonderful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The decor is a bit old world, comfortable, relaxing. I would highly recommend a stay here if traveling to Kyiv

The breakfast was fine, the meal and the service. But compared to the rest of the hotel services it was rather of a regular level. We were given the meal different from what we asked, without any confirmation.

Superb hotel. Everything works well and are clean and nice. As a bonus comes this medieval castle feeling which is fantastic. Really recommendable experience for especially westerners - such facilities do not exist in every place.

It was a bit noisy one day as people from the neighbor room collected in front of my door early in the morning and started loudly discussing something.

Good quality hotel with all the amenities in. Have an underground shelter. Rooms have just everything, centrally managed lights, nice and comfy beds, smart tv, minibar, mine even had a terrace. Many small things making life easier also included.

Though the room was clean in all other ways, it was evident that it had not been vacuumed after the previous people or if it was then quite shoddily. Additionally, the current time is shown on the TV in bright blue LED light, which in the dark of night was enough to wake me up when I turned in the direction of that wall. This was easily remedied by placing a hand towel over the TV. :)

Super friendly staff. Hotel and restaurant had lots of character and atmosphere. I was looking around at the restaurant and a young lady saw me and gave me a tour without even being asked. The poached eggs breakfast was really well done... both tasty and aesthetically pleasing. The internet was plenty strong. The bathroom was neat and clean, and came with a real shower. The room price was fair... maybe even good if one considers it came with a great breakfast.

It is great to be met with a smile & all the staff were friendly Nothing was a problem & the decor was Knights Castle but very well done & pleasing. I was amazed at room for 2 with breakfast at £26.55 Breakfast pre order & it was a good selection served to your table not the usual pre made help yourself, which was a quality touch. I only stayed 1 night on our travels which started weeks earlier driving from Kyiv through Carpathia, Slovakia, Brno then Vienna to Dublin flight & bus to Belfast. We were on the return journey & Pidkova was by far the nicest Hotel experience making me glad that I returned to Ukraine. Any volunteers or supporters travelling to Ukraine via Rivne would do well to stop at Pidkova

It was very challenging to get our breakfast order correct. The food was very tasty and the menu was comprehensive. We wanted simple breakfasts - four pieces of toast, four poached eggs and two large Americano coffee. That never quite worked out but with a few more days staying at the hotel, we’re sure it will work smoothly.

This hotel is VERY unique. The rooms are themed (*tastefully) and very fun! The beds are comfortable, the shower is hot and strong. The staff are friendly and happy to assist guests. we met the General Manager and then the Owner to discuss bringing a large group to the hotel. They were happy to oblige. They are also very funky young guys and it was great to meet them. The pool, sauna and hydro-spa are awesome! Very clean and, the hydro-spa in particular, AWESOME.
