The staff was amazing with a special mention for Reema, the receptionist. She was super nice and professional. The apartment was big, the beds comfy, spotless and very well located close to the malls and the International Airport. It felt like heaven after 2 weeks road tripping through the country. The breakfast was delicious. The app Glovo works perfectly and we ordered dinner to be delivered at the apartment. It was a great stay and we will definitely stay again if we ever return to Entebbe.

I was welcomed with a warm welcome. Very helpful with the information that was given to us. We had the top floor with a bit of view which was nice. The apartment was very clean and very homely

The apartment units could do with better ventilation (more standing fans). It got a bit warm in the night, so I had to keep the kitchen and bedroom window open through the night.

A tranquil, serene and warm ambience at the property with high assurance of security and safety It was easy to find and a great place to rest before the airport dash the morning after. Apartment was clean with well maintained furniture in the lounge, bedeooms, and pristine kitchen and bathroom ware. The host was very welcoming and even arranged my airport drop off in time.

They went above and beyond to help us (first time in Uganda), sorted our dinner, made sure we had breakfasts sorted, sorted airport transfers, accommodated late check in and changed us rooms after a shower leak without fuss. Thanks again for all your help we appreciated our stay here.

everything was perfect ! but reema ( the reception girl ) was literally a LIFE SAVER !! we had a problem with a car rental and she helped in every way possible !! lucky we found this place and this beautiful soul helping us !! thanks for everything again

The hot water (really boiling hot) on the sink is on the right side which can cause accident if you forget. This should be marked or changed.

The staffs Reema, Anita and Fred (driver) were so accommodating and ready to assist all the time. Reema is so helpful to provide information and do something to boost my internet connection. The room was so spacious, clean, comfortable and with amenities. The location is safe, quiet and close to Victoria mall, zoo and botanical garden.

Fresh natural juice

The breakfast was just okay. We did not like the fact that their juice was not fresh and natural

Shower wall fixing was broken and we were told it was the same in all suites so no alternative. The pressure and heat was good though. It was an issue to get breakfast as most people don't like their breakfast so they'd need to shop specifically for what we wanted. No restaurant on site as advertised. TV subscription had run out.

Comfy beds and pillows. Nice setup. Good location.
