You definitely can’t walk anywhere from here, but it’s a great stopover from or to the airport.

I had a wonderful stay here! The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, making it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Kisubi Forest Cottages is a hidden gem in Entebbe. It's only 20 minutes away from the airport and has a peaceful and cozy atmosphere with excellent customer service. The rooms are clean and spacious. You may go shopping at Victoria Mall, buy souvenirs from the Art Market, and if you enjoy water, Lake Victoria is just nearby. In the mornings, I enjoyed a tasty matooke veggie mix (katogo). This was my first visit, and I'm already looking forward to returning to this beautiful spot on my next trip to Uganda.

The rooms are really ok, clean, spacious and nice, but what's the best are the surroundings - it's the garden, the tranquility, the sounds of the animals. And the restaurant - they serve amazing food so make sure you dine in!

Only minor quibbles: not always warm water, and the kitchen management should definately improve (Coca cola warm, no baked beans at all, one day no bread for breakfast, half the time no mango juice in the middle of mango season)

Quiet place in a green environment, only 100 m from Zika forest, where you can do a short guided forest walk with great views. Large and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They always try to arrange you and are very pleasant. The rooms are big and well decorated and the bed was comfy with lots of pillows. The outdoor space is also a pleasant and relaxing place! I extended my stay for another night :) Spot on

One of the best places that we visited on our 35 days trip in Afrika. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. What I liked the most was the yard in which you could relax and spend your free time. Also, the place is like 30 minutes drive to Kampala’s center. So better stay here and take an Über to Kampala when needed and avoid Kampala’s chaos, dirt and tension.

The location is some 20 minutes outside of Entebbe, which can be inconvenient. The room also had a kitchen but unfortunately completely empty, for longer stays would be nice to be able to make a tea etc.

I loved my stay at Kisubi and extended for another day. It's truly an oasis if you are looking for quietness in a beautifully decorated environement. The owners are very welcoming and I enjoyed their food/drinks. You can drop by Zika forest for a short, guided visit. Overall good value for money and if I come back to Entebbe I would stay here again!

Kisubi Forest Cottages was an amazing place for me to stay as a single female traveller! the staff and management were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a spa owned by management only 20 minutes away that is super affordable and very high quality. breakfast was delicious as well as other options on the menu. the value for your money is too good to pass up! Would definitely recommend to my friends and stay here again.
