The location is not ideal and not good for walking around.

The excellent service that staff provided to guests. For example, freshly prepared breakfast for each of the guests and is complimentary. Also, I had an early flight, much earlier than breakfast time. The staff still cooked a meal for me to take away

There is very little that one can say about negative things, the place just needs a quicker kitchen and maybe some staff can be more friendly.

The place is quiet, the staff especially Godfrey who picks up from the airport is always handy and on time. The food is good and the rooms are huge and spacious, clean. The area is quiet and secure.

We recently stayed at LakePoint Villa for the second time, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The villa’s serene location, nestled by the lake, offers the perfect escape from the everyday hustle. The views are simply breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. This time, we arrived very late at night, and Mr. Zein, the receptionist, was incredibly accommodating. He kindly sent us straight to our room to rest, assuring us that we could take care of the check-in process in the morning. His thoughtful gesture made us feel welcomed and at ease after a long journey. and Najiba, another receptionist, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, making it both relaxing and memorable, Thank you guys !!! The property is well-maintained, and the cleanliness was impeccable on both of our visits. The attention to detail in every corner of the villa really adds to the luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Having visited twice now, I can confidently say that LakePoint Villa offers a consistently high-quality experience. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore the surrounding area, this villa is an excellent choice. We’ll definitely be back!

I was impressed by the hotel’s chic and modern decor, which created a stylish and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were exceptionally big and comfortable, with plush bedding and tasteful furnishings that made for a relaxing stay. The staff went above and beyond, offering warm and attentive service throughout my visit. Their helpfulness truly enhanced my experience. especially appreciated when I had to make a trip to the airport in the middle of the night to collect a colleague. Their assistance with arranging transportation and their understanding of my situation made the experience much smoother. The hotel’s location was ideal, conveniently situated near popular attractions and dining options. Additionally, the on-site amenities, including the well-maintained and equipped gym, were fantastic for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, the combination of excellent service, comfort, and a great location made my stay memorable.

The standard room bathroom needs some work. The door does not lock. The upper part of the door window is missing. I was unable to get the water through the shower head. The valve was stuck I had to get a member of staff to do it. They had knowledge of it and it should have been fixed. These simple and easy repairs should be carried out to bring it to full standards. Also the only light available in the room was the main light, because there were no bulbs in the bedside lamp.

The hotel was good. Everything was ok. Also the aircondition worked well. The free airport shuttle was excellent.

The location was difficult to find, even for our driver. The GPS was not accurate in that area. The area is very rural. The description and photos make it seem like it is closer to Lake Victoria than it is. The fitness center was less than described. It was comprised of 1 elliptical , 1 treadmill (which was broken) and 1 chest machine.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The entire facility was very clean. The food was excellent.

it is not as near to the Entebbe airport as I’d like and the last 200 meters of the road to the property is little more than a trail.

Quiet, very clean, well maintained, with very friendly and helpful staff. There is a free airport shuttle and a decent breakfast. Great value!
