The Entebbe Palm Hotel is a quiet and beautiful spot in Entebbe. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the Thai food is delicious. Absolutely recommendable.

Staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I lost my laptop charger cable and one of the staff immediately offered to go find me a replacement. Food is really special - the massaman curry was superb.

The hotel could have been located more closely to Lake Victoria. Since we left very early in the morning for our flight, we would have appreciated some kind of breakfast package to go.

The only negative is the location. It's far from Entebbe town and so if you want to do anything and you don't have a car, you need to book one which is quite expensive and prohibitive.

The Entebbe Palm is a little gem. The compound is well kept with a tiny pool and a restaurant that serves Thai food. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are extremely helpful and really make the expectations of staying there feel effortless.

Staff is sometimes very shy. We had to ask to clean the pool, so our kids could swim. But after we asked they kept it very well.

The hotel has a lovely garden with lots of birds and tropical plants. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Entebbe. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is a la carte. Rooms were very clean. Towels available at the pool.

While we were driving in the dark, my taxi had a hard time finding the hotel so i would recommend requesting a shuttle ahead of time.

I arrived very late at night. The hotel was very close to the airport and the staff was available to give me a key.

This is definately more like a 2.5* to 3* and not more. Very basic and I would say very pricy for what they offer.

Friendly staff. Location was good with easy access to shopping malls and the airport.
