MalaysiaThe window is close to the road so it’s too noisy. Cars, motos drive by speeding and high hours of the night. The shop on the other side of the road was playing loud music from midnight all the way to 4am.

SwitzerlandI accidentally booked an apartment which is in a different building. It's a bit of a walk and you have to cross their car park and get pestered by some people who are washing cars for clients. I definitely don't want to stay there again.
The food is always very good and the staff is attentive.

KenyaCurtains very thin and so room was light. I was in apartment block which is a bit of a walk from the main hotel. Room faced a road which was a bit noisy but not too bad. TV channels were limited.
Food was great. Himalaya Restaurant and Hotel food were tasty and good portions.

United KingdomWE ARRIVED IN KAMPALA AFTER A LONG DRIVE AND THEY WANTED TO MOVE US TO ACCOMMODATION DOWN THE ROAD. VERY LITTLE POINT IN STAYING IN AN HISTORIC HOTEL IF YOU ARE MOVED ELSEWHERE. MINOR EXTRA CHARGE AND WE WERE GIVEN ONE EXCELLENT ROOM AND ANOTHER WHICH REFLECTED THE HOTELS AGE !!!!!!

United KingdomThe parking area could have a space for paying guests as it was tricky for my driver to park up and yet I had luggage. The bar is Speke was not open it would be nice for there to have a pol table some sort of activity whilst staying at the hotel. I have been here a few times before and it was vibrant at the bar.
The location was great as you are not far from public transport and food places. The staff were very friendly and helpful

After hot conditions up in the North, the A/c was very welcome, and the breakfast acceptable. They also served me the best toasted sandwich that I have had in years with room service speed excellent The concierge service were excellent packing up two large pictures that I was unable to get into my bag at a not unreasonable cost.. Centrally located with easy access to financial district and a taxi rank right outside. Probably good for a short business visit.
