Not a great view from our room, just a brick wall and construction going on outside out window.

Good location, close to everything and very easy links to the subway/tube. Staff were very helpful and kind with everything I needed during my stay. Clean room and comfortable bed, not in a noisy location either.

No complimentary bottled water in room. Stated that all water was purified, but tap water was murky/milky/discolored ... so felt uncomfortable drinking that.

Suite was lovely, fresh clean linen, everything in order. Exceptionally friendly and efficient porters ... welcoming at arrival and friendly assistance when departing.

When we arrived we an taken to our room on the 4th floor which was a queen room and inwards facing room. Little did we know this meant the generator for the hotel was directly outside our window and it was extremely loud! If you're a heavy sleeper this may not be a problem but if you're a light sleeper like me it was horrendous. And given that we where spending $4000 and staying for the week it was something we weren't prepared to settle for. It sounded like the window was wide open. We informed Maria on reception and she was super accommodating and showed us another room although the room interior wasn't to our preference. So she said she would make a note for us to switch rooms the following day, which we did (at an extra total cost of $95pn) We switched to a more spacious room on the 12th floor -window facing 58th Street. Now although this was a fantastic room the downfall was that the wifi didn't work properly nor the aircon, so it was a struggle casting from the laptop to the tv or trying to work and of a night it would get really hot because the aircon system would say it was on but it wasn't. You knew it was on because you could hear it however during the night it would be silent and hot.

A fantastic location, a property focused on sustainability. The interior decor was on point and the staff where incredible and very accommodating with a partciualt Shoutout to Maria, she was wonderful. Our trip was in celebration of our enegament so the team left us a bottle of prosecco and personalised handwritten note as a congratulations! A lovely touch.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.
