This B&B is utterly charming and picturesque New England. It's a short walk to main street, so we didn't have to drive for dinner or shopping in town. The hosts are very welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and the room was cozy. I loved the fireplace and books along the mantle, as well as the wine glasses and other personal touches. Really nice stay!

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast just a short walk from the centre of Kennebunkport. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast delicious. All the staff were extremely helpful, a friendly setting which meant we could have a chat with other guests during breakfast. We would definitely recommend the property to anyone staying in this location.

The property itself is perfect but if you’re used to large hotel or inn rooms, our room was a bit small but that didn’t stop us from completely enjoying our stay.

The 1802 house is warm, inviting, and comfortable. It’s about 1/2 mile from restaurants and shops so the convenience is a plus.

Both of our breakfasts were fabulous (too much food, ha). I'm a morning coffee drinker and they made sure to keep my cup full. All three courses of the food was tasty. This is one reason I love staying at Inns.

We couldn't open the windows. The air conditioning was fine, but the option of opening the windows at night wasn't available.

This is the perfect inn experience. The breakfast was exceptional, and the proprietors were helpful and friendly. The inn is charming. You need a car to get to the beaches and Kennebunkport.

We would choose a bigger room if available the next time. This one didn't have a closet or chest of drawers.

Our hosts Eileen and Carl were wonderful. They were attentive and friendly. We liked the beautiful grounds that offered ample seating for reading and relaxing (and watching the occasional golfer as the gold course abutted the grounds of the Inn). The food was amazing (hat's off to Chef Carl). We really enjoyed having breakfast out on the deck. Having the ability to store our leftovers and beverages in a community refrigerator was helpful for our stay. We liked that this was a quick walk or bike ride to the downtown area, an ideal location to be away from the hustle and bustle (and noise) of downtown.

While we adored the delicious breakfasts, they were a bit on the sweet side - maybe a little more balance between sweet and savory? Regardless: go there! You will love your stay!

The room was beautiful and comfortable, with a spa, a fireplace, an excellent bed and comfy lounging chairs. The breakfasts were delicious and over-the-top. The property is well located and lovingly maintained. The hosts are friendly and accommodating.

Nothing needed improvement; the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, accommodations were superior.

Carl and Eileen were excellent hosts during our two night stay. Their hospitality and friendliness were beyond measure. The inn was super clean and the breakfasts served were wonderful. Furthermore, the location was perfect for the nearby walks into town for restaurants and shopping. Overall, this inn is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Kennebunkport.

Nothing negative to report, but a small desk in the room might be the only suggestion for those who unfortunately have to keep up with the office.

Lovely house in a pretty neighborhood setting. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Bathroom is small but appointed with high-end, spa-like towels and amenities. Hosts are gracious, warm, helpful with information, and accommodating with special requests. Breakfast menus are creative and delicious.
