Great staff, super clean, and convenient to local attractions

Room felt damp, floor felt wet all the time. Stain on the bathroom sink counter Too many flowers on the pool deck causing several bees swarming around, hard to sit outside feeling you could be stung. Suggesting more trees instead of flowers.

Loved the pool area and the beautiful view of the lake. The breakfast in the room was delicious. It was just enough to get you through the afternoon. Loved that it had all the amenities including a restaurant on the property as well as a laundry facility that came in very handy.

Nothing.

Although not an historic building it has a historic feel to it. It was in a perfect location to go into the historic area of Sebring and also to get to many other areas. Our room was very clean and so was the rest of the property. The excellent maintenance/upkeep was very noticeable. The Kurig and small frig were great to have in the room. But most important was the staff. Our shout out to Sophie at the front desk. Always a smile, checking to make sure we were comfortable or if we needed anything. We enjoyed meeting Sophie and wish her all the best. And another staff member, Sergio, at the front desk was very friendly and ensuring everything was ok. Thank you both for a first rate experience.

Not really a "dislike" but a suggestion: Perhaps a reminder about the breakfast process, and menu, could be placed in the rooms - both mornings we were there, I noticed confused guests asking at the front desk about breakfast, only to find out it was to have been ordered the night before. However, the staff members offered to contact the kitchen to request breakfasts for those guests, so they tried to accommodate.

This has been our third stay at Inn on the Lakes. Check in/Check out were easy. Our room was clean and comfortable, the lobby and grounds well-maintained. At Check-in, the Front Desk staff member explained the process for requesting breakfast the night before, to include our selections and room service delivery time - both days, our deliveries were right on time and the breakfast meals were good and adequate. When we returned home, I discovered I had left a small backpack in the room - I called the Inn and the staff found my bag and held it until a family member picked it up. BIG thank you!

Although the breakfast looked great, it is not what we typically eat. Was not horrible, though. The OJ was delicious!! We wanted to swim, but didn't get to because our plans changed, but there just a few leaves in the pool- to be expected though.

The room style was super cute, cozy bread and breakfast style. It was clean, staff was nice. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully maintained flowers all over the build! We would stay there again!

Rooms aren’t sound proofed. We could hear the noise from the hallway. Luckily the other guests were not making too much noise.

What a wonderful setting. It's a Beautiful hotel. Pool area is gorgeous with all the flowers and lake behind it. Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and clean. The staff was just amazing. We loved it and will definitely return.

Some loud, obnoxious golfers using foul language, hogging pool, and making unnecessary noise. They were having a good time, but everyone else left the pool.

It is a beautiful property comparable to a resort. The place is very clean and oh the flower! The flowers are spectacular. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious and the views were splendid. I was really impressed by the employees who were kind and acted like they loved their jobs. I highly recommend this place. I loved it.

Breakfast was not very good, and there are only two premade breakfast options to choose from, then it's delivered to your room at a specified time.

Location was great for visiting Highland Hammock State Park, and the garden was beautiful. Staff was very nice and friendly. Plenty of parking spaces and room was very comfortable and spacious.

What’s not to like? This is our gold standard for accommodations.

Facility is well cared for, landscaping is beautiful, very courteous and accommodating staff. Excellent food, service, Very professional !
