We didn't realize our room was in an out building, away from the breakfast and the swimming pool. For a winter stay we will make sure to be in the main hotel next time so we don't have to get all bundled up to head to the hot tub.

Great location for experiencing the town on foot. Staff was friendly and helped with mailing out post cards from the front desk.

Breakfast @7am was very crowded as many were trying to make a 7:30am ski bus. Perhaps breakfast should start at 6:30am for at least coffee and fruits, cold cereal etc.

Room was spacious, but layout a bit strange. Not a problem for us, and clearly stated when making reservation, but no elevator for second floor rooms. Staff were professional and helpful. The lighting could be better, and it would be helpful to have outlets near the work table.

The pillows weren’t very comfortable. No access to Prime Netflix etc. The vending machines were empty. The hot water filter was empty at 8pm.

Loved the round biscuits on Saturday. The small square ones on Sunday were awful. The lady worker at breakfast was super friendly and nice both days!

Our TV had no sound for a few days while the maintenance team tried to fix it. Breakfast can be a zoo, especially when you have people (mainly older) who just sit and drink coffee, while everyone else is trying to eat and be ready to get on the shuttle. It depends on the demographic of who is there, as a younger crowd did move on. The shuttle can fill quickly and while there might be a list of who has signed onto the shuttle for each time slot, that is not enforced, meaning you could miss out, even if you had signed on.

Breakfast was included which is nice and there were three shuttles to take you to Jackson Hole each morning and back in the afternoon. Location is not too bad being only a few blocks to the centre of town.

I don't have any complaints about the 49'er. A few big ski clubs were staying at the hotel at the time and we witnessed some aggressive behavior from members when loading up the shuttle buses. I totally get the excitement over fresh pow but there was plenty of room for everyone on the bus and their behavior was pretty shocking.

The location is excellent and the breakfast in the morning, with shuttles to and from Jackson Hole (Jeff and his cowboy poetry are a national treasure), make this place extra convenient for a ski/snowboard trip.

It’s a bit dated but it’s clean!

The location is perfect. Loved the bus transportation to/from ski area. We stayed in the main bldg which made it easy to access the hot tub, pool, fitness room, breakfast and front desk. Each room has 2 entrances from the hallway and parking lot. We parked right outside our door. Very convenient for walking to the square. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel had recently been remodeled and the lobby, breakfast area, and pool were beautiful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and could not hear neighbors. I love that it had an outdoor and indoor entrance to my room. I would definitely stay there again.

Very minor….our room was on second floor with no elevator….but really not bad at all as was very short flight of stairs.

Mattress quality was awesome. Well Above average complimentary breakfast. Pet friendly with no extra fees. Location!!! Appreciate effort to keep up on style trends and amenities. So affordable for level of quality and service. Loved the service list you can leave at door.

Heater doesn’t work well. Its hot even when setting is cool. No water jug. It will be good to provide a kettle to boil hot water. No direct email to reach the hotel to liaise directly and message property directly through booking have no reply.

Next to Catholic Church our Lady of Mountain. 3 beds for family of 4. Breakfast. Easy checkout, just dropped the key in a box without need to walk to reception area. Cozy fireplace at breakfast area. Heater in the toilet. Functional.
