The room needed a sitting chair or love seat. Bathroom had no shelf or countertop.

Shower need upgrading; carpet is old. Was greeted by a roach in the kitchen upon our arrival. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Just little things like the room was roasting when we first entered. The air conditioning unit then went on to chirp like a cricket was in the room. It’d be nice if there was someplace to put toiletries in bathroom (only a pedestal sink).

Love the mid-century modern design. Pool, hot tubs, outdoor areas great. Went for one night to sleep after hiking San Jacinto. Location great and slept great.

It was probably a wonderful place to stay when it was new. Nice design of public areas. However, all of the upholstery has become frayed and/or stained. We had a problem with the door key cards and so did other guests. Indian Canyon Drive is very noisy.

Location. Nice pool and hot tub. Nice retro modern design and outdoor seating areas.

I would have appreciated a few more towels. I got one washcloth, one hand towel and two bath towels. Also it was a bit noisy being on a busy street (not the hotel's fault). Parking in the lot is sometimes an issue.

The grounds were very well groomed, tidy, clean. The hotel overall has an attractive layout and the architecture is very Palm Springs. We really enjoyed the large courtyard, and the spa pool! We took advantage of the outdoor couches and fire pit. My room was large and well appointed. The bed was comfy and I was very happy with the room. It was easy to request room service and the staff is friendly and professional.

The location was perfect for walking the main strip. The hot tub was hot and the fire tables were a nice touch in the evening. Pool was heated and comfortable :)

The sun bed cushions looked a bit dirty, just needed to be changed. I thought the pools could have done with a good clean especially along the walls at the water surface level.

Keyed back door to property did not work during entire stay despite telling staff of the issue.

Convenient location. No need for hotel breakfast - walk to town, get your own! Good value for money. Laundry on site. You can smoke a cigar in the courtyard which is a rare privilege nowadays. Nice evening firepits.

The outside furniture cushions are showing age. The chairs by the pool could use some cushions.. The bathrooms are showing some age too.

Our unit seemed a bit musty. The bed was soft and the pillows were not very comfortable. The soundproofing ibetween units is not the best. One night are neighbors were partying and kept us up late at night.

The property has a great location very cloe to the historic district of Palm Springs, great outdoor space with two hot tubs and a swimming pool, and units with a full kitchen.

Honestly we liked the whole set up, even if the poolside cushions were a bit threadbare. Great value and really lovely. It's not a 5-star resort but a nice motel.

Location a block away from shops and restaurants was just right. We're walkers so made the most if it! Quiet, calm, nice grounds. Helpful, prompt staff. Was not expecting the kitchenette in addition to the spacious room.
