Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I loved how close it was to the Disneyland hotel busses We had to walk about 2 minutes to get to the pickup hotel for the busses which was very short ( route 11 for ball line) the staff was extremely friendly and even put a bowl down for water for my service animal in our room for us! Overall the rooms were very clean, they gave plenty of towels and everyone was very nice. I love the relax-ness the pool seemed to have aswell for time restrictions on when your allowed in, I didn't end up swimming but next time I come I think I'd plan to stay longer than I did this time.

It was close to Disneyland! There is also many close shopping areas as well less then 10 minutes away! Made getting things super convenient! The property was clean and everyone was super kind!

The air con was a little bit loud and the coffee machine didn't work unfortunately. It's walkable to Disneyland (about 20 minutes) but it's not the most pleasant walk so maybe get a taxi if you want to save some energy for later in the day.
Very reasonable place to stay for a trip to Disney. Comfortable bed, nice shower, and all the amenities you'd expect. We arrived very late due to transport issues so the staff kindly left a key in the lockbox. For the price, it was great value — especially looking at other places nearby. Was also pretty quiet considering it's location near a large road.

The location is amazing. Short was to Disneyland. A little loud with helicopters fly by but that has nothing to do with the actual room itself. Room is very clean. Comfortable sleeping. The ac is a little loud for me but that didn’t bother my husband or kids. Free parking and owner is really nice.

The owners respond to messages quickly and are very accommodating with check-in times. Given that much of their clientele are Disneyland-goers, they are understanding and flexible. Within the room, they had two large water bottles for us at no extra charge. The room was very clean and comfortable otherwise. We are able to walk to Disneyland park in 15-20 minutes, which is a big appeal. This is our favorite place to stay in Anaheim every time we come!

There’s no one at the reception for most of the time, but there’s a contact number you can call and the staff is helpful.
Very clean room, great location (right next to Disneyland) and it was just perfect for what I needed which was a safe and clean place to rest.

The property is small, so if you’re driving something bigger than a compact it can be hard to get in and get parked.
The property is small but well maintained. Cleaner than the large chain hotel we stayed at, and cheaper too.

The staff were very friendly and always available 24/7. Office staff were always welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating.

Nothing it is a great place.
We have stayed there at least 4 times and every time is great. The rooms are so nice and so clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We will be back.
