Check-in was confusing. It would be helpful if you send check-in informations in advance rather having the guest call à number and try to get hold of someone to get access code to the room.

The one I didn’t like is that they don’t have any cribs for families with toddlers. The shower is also a bit dirty, so I have to clean it before we can use it.

The property is very convenient, and the room has all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable.

The parking was not good. Outsiders come and take up hotel parking with events they hold. They charge for parking, and they can't guarantee parking for you due to outsiders.

The room was spacious for a family. The couch beds were not too comfortable. Loved the large living room and bedroom and kitchen. The walk out deck was nice with the entertainment and food and drink bar outside.

My room was on the 3rd floor & was unaware there wasn’t an elevator. I have a sore knee! Steve apologized & offered to help with my luggage. Otherwise had a great time!

What a great experience! The staff was so welcoming and nice from the moment we got there till we left. The room was clean and cozy with an amazing view. The shuttle was a great option so you didn’t have to drive and park down on the boardwalk. The surf shack had good food and amazing beach vibes. Loved that the room had a Nespresso machine and small kitchen area. Quick walk to the beach as well. Parking was very easy and the pool was easy to get to and enjoy. I would highly recommend for an easy going relaxing vacation spot!!

No elevator to third floor.

Had everything you needed! Close to the beach, easy walk over. Loved the pool and also the surf shack in the back of the hotel! Great place to stay. Rooms were comfortable and very clean.

The shower was a little small

The location was clean and far enough from the strip but close to the beach. Also the shuttle was amazing shout out to Kris she made sure we didn’t miss the last shuttle home.

Not really quick access to food, something to plan for. The review for the room I paid for said it was a single bed double room offering a dining area, but it was a single room, and the dining area was on the private balcony. I'm not quite sure if I paid more for the room I got expecting something slightly different.

Quiet and away from all the craziness. Clean, friendly. Perfect access to the beach. The view was great from the room. Private balcony. Heated pool. Offer a free shuttle service. This will be our new spot for sure. Perfect for Sunrise peepers

The tones on the door locks at the primary point of entry and at each room are loud and disturbing- being the first room next to the primary entry point was a negative as I had to hear the unlock tone each time someone entered. I suggest as system where a green light indicates successful code entry and red indicates the opposite. Thank you.

I unfortuentlly didn't get to enjoy the festivities with having been at water country all day and they stopped early for a saturday night at 8:30.

The office was very accomodating in helping me plan to surprise my nehew for his 30th birthday. The rooms was very clean and spectacular. The property was beautiful and I love the fire pit, seats, bar, music in the back of the property.

walking up 15 stairs was not pleasant for me

Only problem I had was that I asked for a handicapped room, I had to walk up 15 stairs witch being a amputee is very hard for me
