Bathrooms have mold in shower and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. I asked for it to be fixed but it never was.

It was a bit dated and in need of renovation, with scratched floors and a bad smell coming from the fridge. Cleaners often forgot to put pool towels in our rooms so we had to go to the reception to ask for them as our in-room phone didn’t work.

Our suite was very spacious and felt like a little apartment with a kitchen/living room, bedroom and bathroom. The washing machine and drier was very good. The pool on the top floor has a nice view. It’s only a 10/15 minutes drive from the cruise terminal which was convenient for us. Walking to South Beach takes around 25 minutes, or you can get a taxi which takes around 5 minutes and costs $7/8.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The kitchenette was minimalist. No hot plate to cook food, just a microwave and toaster oven. It’s a long walk to the beach and most everything in South Beach. But easy to rent bikes and get an Uber around town.

Loved the filtered water, sparkling and flat, provided by the property. Plenty of fresh towels and great housekeeping! The roof top pool is fabulous in the mornings. By midday it’s really hot. More shade would help. I liked the quiet neighborhood away from the business of South Beach. I felt very safe. The balcony is great for people watching.

Details in the room could be a bit better: the laminated floor was all damaged with patches of different material to repair it.

The rooftop pool was amazing, the location was great too and it was also possible to park for free in the street nearby.

Good location: there is a good store nearby (Whole foods market), at the same building there is a cafe (Joe and The Juice) with a good coffee. Room was clean but a little bit shabby.

Despite being a 7 year old property, it’s obvious that they cut corners on room details. An example is the door to where the fridge was located needed shaving as it’s totally destroying the laminate.

The location was great! Centrally located in Miami Beach and nearby attractions.

Good location. Wholefoods and cafes close by. Miami beach reachable on foot. Room was spacious and the kitchen was equiped to make breakfast/dinner.

House cleaning time: we went out 11am & came back to the room around 5pm & surprised to see room cleaning was still going on in our room, we had to wait outside. Location is little far from attractions. Not great views from the room.
