Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The Hot tub didn't get very warm. Advertised as right across the street from Disneyland but there is no access for several blocks. It's actually more behind Disneyland. We called ahead for early check in and we were assured we would be able to check in by 1 pm. The rooms were not ready despite having most rooms unoccupied and remaining unoccupied the whole time we were there. Kinda a rough area with some seedy characters on the street.

Rooms are updated, bathroom was nice. Mattress firm but comfortable. Large TV, microwave and refrigerator. Black out curtains. Not that far from Disney. I really can't complain about anything. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. And will again.

I believe I got full beds when I paid for queen. But decided not to make a big deal about it. Other than that it was good for the price.
Best part of this property was the distance to Disneyland. Decent place for the price, especially if you’re on a budget. Would definitely stay again.

We could hear the cars on the street. Not very soundproof to the outside noises. We could hear the people talking outside our room. Shower hot water was only warm the entire stay. Doesn't have a phone to call the front desk or anyone if you need anything. Did not have a working heater and only one thin blanket. The room was colder than we liked.
location and price were nice. easy check in and out. Beds were OK, not super comfortable but I've had much worse at other motels.

The walls are THIN. You can hear people slamming their doors, talking, walking and everything in between. Luckily we’re a young could and spent all day at the parks so it didnt really matter, but if we had kids or trouble sleeping this is not the place to stay

Where do I begin? Firstly, the customer service is terrible. The man treated us poorly, charged us an additional amount not clearly specified on booking.com, provided us with an inaccurate map to enter the park, and to top it off, they treated us as if they were doing us a charitable favor, as if we had stayed for free. Room service wasn't provided until the second day of our three-day stay, and the entire place had a musty smell. On the day of check-out, an assistant almost escorted us to the room door to "remind" us to leave the property.
The location is wonderful; staying at a hotel near the theme park is definitely an excellent choice, especially for a multi-day plan.

The doors didn’t have a secondary lock like a chain. And they weren’t sealed very well so you could hear traffic outside.
It was close to Disney and priced reasonably.

Our sink wouldn’t drain and the shower drained slowly. Water pressure also wasn’t great. Towels are tiny and thin.
Great location. 15 min walk to Disneyland or you can take the bus for $6 per day and it picks you up right in front of Dennys. Staff was friendly. Hard floors instead of carpet so it’s cleaner.

I don’t have anything truly negative. We did not spend much time on the property. The only thing I might be concerned about was that the weather stripping around the door might need to be replaced. I could see light through the cracks of the locked door.
The price tag was unbeatable!

The chair had a large disgusting stain on it. (We had them change it out.) There was also a large spit wad type thing on the bathroom wall. It wasn’t the worst, but it could have been cleaner.
It was modern enough with a large TV, and the basics covered. I liked the hard floors, and the beds were comfortable. It was a very good price as well.

The place was older, no good sound dampening. Large enough gap in main door that all sounds from outside came through easily.

Could be a little more modern but overall the facility is in good condition.
It is a well maintained older hotel. It was enough for what we need the room for. We were looking for an affordable place to stay within walking distance to the Disneyland Parks and this met the expectation.
