Fridge needs to be bleached when opening the fridge doors it has mold spots all around it. Microwaves needs to be cleaned properly. Bathroom floors and around the walls really needs to be disinfected and clean.

Management is always an A+ she is very nice and respectful.

We ended up purchasing a few things for the kitchen, which we will leave here for others...a working can opener, a colander, measuring cups/spoons, etc. But, we were able to cook here, which saved so much $ for us.

The staff, especially Dana, were great! Very caring and let us extend day by day, as we were waiting for funeral to take place.

The apartment was huge and wonderfully clean. Kitchen was complete with dishes, cups, utensils, coffee maker. It was perfect.

I was unable to check in earlier than 3:00pm after my long drive from NYC. But I have to say that the owner and her son were able to accommodate me in other ways that were absolutely greatly appreciated!!

It is located right in the heart of everything. Anything you would need or want is within reach. The room was very spacious and the kitchen was just what I needed for a family function. I LOVED the fact that a laundry room was very close by literally right next door to the office!!

The decor/cleanliness/kitchen were adequate, but not good. Two forks, two spoons, two knives. A spatula, a ladle, and that's it. No linens in the kitchen so bring your own paper towels or linens. The stove leans a little, so it could be leveled. The appliances are old and a little rusty, but they work, and that's what's important. Adjust your expectations and it's all good. The one thing I thought was strange was when I was given a new room because of the busted ac in my original room, no one offered to help me with my things. I had to move from an upstairs room to a downstairs room. I'm perfectly capable of doing things myself, but the fact is no one even offered. In the South, (and I am from the South), I thought this was really peculiar. At least offer. I can say "No thank you," but it's the right thing to do to at least offer. I mean, it wasn't my fault that I had to move. It took me an hour to move myself, up and down the stairs, with not one offer of help from anyone.

The hotel itself met my expectations because I paid so little for 5 nights, I felt like I could not complain. The hotel was quiet. All guests were quiet and respectful. My room's ac unit froze, so I was given another room for the rest of my stay and the room was even a little better. I liked the size of the room: a bedroom with a closet/dresser/tv/nightstand. The bathroom was also a good size with undersink and above toilet storage. No medicine cabinet (fine). The kitchen/dining/living area are combined and comfortable. The kitchen (full size fridge/small stove and oven) and table for two were cozy. The living room had a couch, love seat, end table, tv, and lamp. There was overhead lighting in each room plus floor lamps. There is a smoke alarm too. I felt safe here.

Unfortunately, the manager did not inform the cleaning crew that I was in the room and a man walked in.
