Shuttle only runs on the hour and not clear where to get it at the airport - ended up getting a taxi. Room right on the highway so trucks and cars started belting by before 5am. Have to pay extra for breakfast. Old and run down place.

Pool was very dirty with debris. Beds could be more comfortable. Close to the highway and airport, so can be noisy at some times of the day, short stay for us, so wasn’t a big issue.

Great location by the airport and near great restaurants. Room and building is very clean and lots of vending machines for convenience. Free shuttle to airport was great. Very large shower. Nice relaxing area around the pool. Great sports bar on site. Early check- in for extra charge was a nice feature and luggage storage. Staff was very friendly and always ready to help you.

The AC unit blew straight into the face when on the bed. No way to adjust the direction of the fan. Staff at front desk did just the bare minimum. Free shuttle to/ from airport runs only every hour.

Worked for our purpose, catching an early flight from Miami airport.

The only downside is the shuttle FROM the airport comes once an hour. Usually around 15 minutes past. Both trips we’d just missed it, we rang and were told it would be 20 minutes so decided to stay and wait and it was closer to 40. We were just unlucky and I didn’t know the system. Next time I will just grab an Uber.

Great location for the airport. Pool and sports bar (old toms) were great. Service was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfy. Shuttle service to the airport was very efficient and saved about $18+ each way on Uber. We actually stayed twice.

The second floor only has stairway (mostly narrow) access, with mo elevator. Difficult with full sizedsuit cases. We waited o er an hour for the shuttle.

The location was excellent. There was a sports bar attached to the hotel with good food selections.

I was a little bothered by the parking area in the back. I had a lot of crap and I had to carry it a long way and up the stairs. Not the hotels fault. I should have asked for a 1st floor room

I am a senior and was traveling with other seniors. We should have been given rooms on the first floor since you don't have an elevator. Young man at the front counter neglected to sign anyone up for the shuttle to the port

- Grabbing the luggage upstairs, because they don’t have an elevator, but fortunately it’s just one floor up. - The door lock was a bit difficult to close before learning the trick.

- Free shuttle from/to the airport is the greatest convenience. - The sports bar is a great addition for those who arrive thirsty or hungry and don’t want to leave the hotel. - Breakfast is paid separately but was quite good.

Used as a 1 night stay when we landed. Good transfer (The hotel communicated very well on this prior), easy check in and large comfortable room. Didn’t get chance to use pool/gym etc only they are there if needed. All in all good value for money, highly recommend.

A bit tired and run down. Walls dinged up, paint splatter’s everywhere. The airport shuttle only runs on the hour. So if you are unlucky like us you will stand for an hour waiting for shuttle. Other hotel shuttles cruised by often.

Price compared to other airport hotels. Comfortable beds and relatively clean feeling.
