The studio have a kitchen but not utensils. I requested never bring to me. No shampoo,No lotion,No hair drier. Also at Night time bad people are inside of the building and knocking my door. I feel unsafe my family and I we don't recommend this Hotel.

my last stay was a little uncomfortable, the room was not clean. Workers was not trying to help guests. I didn’t see any smiling faces.

We stayed two nights and room was not cleaned. You had to go down and bring your dirty towels to get a replacement. this would have been fine had we been informed ahead of time. while there was a fridge and stove, there was no dishwashing soap or shampoo provided. The evening attendant is very unfriendly. He was not welcoming at all and appeared to not enjoy his job.

We enjoyed our time away from the kids for a bit. We didn't stay the night. The location is nice and close to home so it was convenient. I'd go back.

No towels when we got to our room. We asked for 4 towels, and could only get 2. while trying to get ready for Prom. They had virtually no shampoo and conditioner. We had already packed our own so not a problem. Next day, when we asked for 2 more towels, could only get one. Breakfast was really really bare minimum. Instant Cereal, and coffee and tea. The Coffee was good. I think some store bought muffins.

The room was very roomy. The view and location was absolutely perfect. Super close to the event we were going to for daughter's prom on the yacht, which made it super easy to get ready at the hotel. We decided to stay in hotel because we live in East Bay and couldn't fight the Friday Traffic to get to the doc on time after school. Perfect location. The room has nice kitchen, big frig and giant mirror. The view was AMAZING!

Reception had issues with our Booking.com pre-payment as it didn't show up on their system that it had been paid so we couldn't check in for quite some time whilst this was being resolved.

Great room size and quiet. No suprise during COVID that all the kitchenware has been taken out, but could be requested from reception. Also used the guest laundry which was great.

Breakfast was unimpressive, and I mean very sad. I asked the night before if they had breakfast and was told that they had a light breakfast with fruit and eggs and yogurt and cereal and coffee and hot chocolate. When I went down for breakfast they had cold cereal in dispensers, mini milks in the refrigerator for them, no eggs, no fruit, and coffee. Trash in the elevator was there for 28 hrs, signs ripped up in the elevator too. I had contacted the hotel for weeks earlier and asked about a pet friendly room on the ground floor and was told via the hotels email that they would do their best. When I showed up they had no notice that I had a pet with me and ended up putting me on the third floor. Would have loved to have looked at a Waterview during my stay but unfortunately they put me at the front of the hotel and so at 5:30 in the morning the beep beep beep sound of the construction crew started. That destroyed my stay. The windows are also filthy in this hotel.

Stove burners were turned on in room when arrived. Serious fire hazard and made the room very hot. Took a while to cool down. How that happened is beyond comprehension and front desk didn’t seem to care. Also both vending machines were not working.
