The room rate was quite high considering the parking fee and taxes were also very significant. Together, parking and taxes for a single night's stay were more than 30% of the room cost. As well, unbeknownst to us, our room had an adjoining room with minimal sound barriers to our neighbors. It was a lot to pay for limited privacy and quiet.

Breakfast downstairs was extra, was never told about continental breakfast. Room showed multiple signs of poor workmanship. Bathroom mirror was cracked, ceiling was spackled by a ten year old. TP holder was falling off the wall. I expected the room to be better quality for a Hilton

It was convenient to the arena and the price was okay.

Rooms were not very clean. Elevators were slow to get back to our room after the event. 1 elevator at a time for hundreds of people, took over 30m to get back to our room. Also, the hygiene products were empty when we got in the room.

Check in was very long, staff would have you come up and you stood there for like 15 minutes while they were trying to find rooms for others. Restaurants that were advertised open were closed, no restaurants were open around the hotel.

There was hair and bobby pins in the bathroom in one room, pillows were very flat, shower water was very cold in one of our rooms, the rooms were very hot. Drinks at the bar were very expensive. Glad we had breakfast included even though it was good, otherwise it was roughly $30. Lights by the beds were on the opposite switchs.

Close to the MVP arena! Beds were fairly comfortable. Had a bar and Breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed that there was no hot tub available. The website advertised that there was a hot tub. Also one of the pool ladders was broken and could cut some one.

I appreciate the free parking in a city location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I enjoyed the comfy pillows and bed.

We found nail clippings on the floor, pills on the floor, and the fire alarm was going off from 11:30 until about 1:30am. Will be calling corporate.

Just a few minor things no soap in bathroom was too hot in room hard to adjust thermometer. Very little toilet paper no liners for trash cans and bathroom was tiny. Also ladder in pool was broken.

Breakfast was very good. Very reasonably priced very good service and food. Pool was AWESOME!!!!! View from our room was AWESOME as well lol.

Smelled like smoke in room carpets looked dirty, yellow stain on sheets, toilet clogged on first flush water came out brown then cloudy in faucet.

Location was perfect yay. Parking wasn’t far from hotel and it was convenient to stores.

The condition of my room: - The shower curtain was broken - The tub drain was broken and came apart completely when I tried to open it - The body wash in the shower was empty and never refilled after a day of service - The air filter was completely covered in dust and really needs to be changed - Additional coffee was not fulfilled after a day of service

I liked how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were and accommodated my early check-in request. The parking garage was near the main entrance and the lobby was clean.

There were two Queen beds in our room. One mattress has a hole in it and the other bed has several stains on the comforter and the sheets. The bathroom is very small. Stopped by the bar when we should have just went to our room. Service was okay, drink was not and unfortunately a group was there that spoiled any chance of enjoyment.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The parking is convenient.

The fact that Booking.com totally stuffed up our booking. On arrival the Hilton had no record of our booking nor did they have any payment from booking.com hence we had to wait 1.5 hours for it to be sorted out. Lucky to get a room as there was a big concert on that night and they were totally booked. Rather embarrassing. Thank you Antonio for sorting out the mess that booking.com made!

The location was fantastic. Staff were lovely and very helpful especially Antiono the duty manager. He was exceptional.

Likes and dislikes here. Not bright enough light. I need lighting for work (lots of too-small fonts and numbers) and to do my makeup. Room far too dim, and could be solved with a makeup light in bathroom and a swing arm near bed or desk. Felt very secure, loved the competent and friendly staff. The sheets were nice. Public spaces pleasant but unremarkable.

We booked it for the concert at the MVP arena. Although the concert was cancelled we still visited Albany and found the hotel was in a great position.

Room a bit tired, carpet stained and decor poorly maintained. Room not serviced properly and had to make 2 phone calls and wait 2 hours for cup to have coffee. 2 Beds not large doubles so a bit tight for 3 or 4 people. Expected more from Hilton Brand.

Location good, within walking distance of sights and river and eateries.
