It was not clean at all TV didn’t work. No towels. No trash can. No toiletries Walls where full of some liquid sticky stuff Floor was sticky No pool when advertised as “pool open”.

See above. I feel more than anything a large investment in the safety of your guests would go a long way. But I will never stay there again.

For the marginal price difference the lack of towels, blankets and a working door latch/lock is concerning. At least I didn’t get eat alive by bed bugs so I got that going for me.

1st. I was CHARGED TWICE 2nd. The toilet didnot flush or it would over flow 3rd. location was terrible their was gunshots right above my room ( I do realise gunfire can happen anywhere & everywhere on the west side of Albuquerque.

3 dead roaches in bathroom when we arrived. Saw 2 live ones later. Broken curtain on window, didn't close all the way. Broken towel rack. 1 towel.

1st. This place needs to do a whole complete clean up, seriously how do they expect NORMAL people to stay in this kind of enviroment. People all over walking around all night long, fighting yelling, doing drugs, selling drugs, this motel has really really gone down, no remote for tv 2 towels and that we had to keep asking for . no microwave. The owner of the motel 6 needs to do a complete overhaul, and stop letting all the non sense go on

When I checked in they made me aware that they are a little bit backed up. I had no problem with that. The problem was that I had got the room that didn't have a working TV set.

I didn't like how the manager walked in people in the middle of the night without knocking on the door...the girl in the front office knew I had a reservation for the evening and didn't let anyone else know so while I was away he changed me again 25$ over the booking Price...then said he reversed the charges besides I asked the girl in the office for a cup to get coffee and she gave me a dirty cup and when I asked if there were any clean cups she rolled her eyes and walked away

The reason I didn't like cause the room are not being cleaned with the cleaning supplies and there were people smoking blues and u could smell it and niddles that were used outside on the ground shooting outside the door very very sad ....

I didn't like that the maids aren't cleaning the rooms very good. It was really dirty. Their was no towels & the bathroom was disgusting! Their cleanliness definitely needs to be improved & have better house keeping for their guests. It's inconvenient to pay for a room that's dirty. The maids need to be fired!

It's not a very nice place to stay. It is very ghetto. I wouldn't stay here unless you want to get robbed or murdered. In fact, I was at the motel a whole 30 minutes before I asked for a refund. The room door did not lock. The deadbolt freely spun. I went to management to ask to change rooms because of the locked. The manager escorted me back and looked at it. He was like, "What's the problem, it locks?" And then he showed me that the latch was not broken and told us to just latch it. But the door was still cracked open. It would have to be open all night. The room was also not clean. There was a puddle of water underneath the table. There was dog food all over the floor and tv stand. There also was no toilet paper or towels. Housekeeping was a few doors down, so I told them, and they did come to fix it, which was okay. Lastly, I felt very unsafe. It seemed like it was a drug motel. As we were taking a few things in, there was a group of people on the 2nd floor looking down to us and hanging out. It was like when you go to prison and everyone stands around making cat calls and trying to intimidate you. Im pretty sure they were gonna break into the car. There were a couple of homeless people on the grounds as well. Shopping carts and all. The housekeeping utility cart was being dug through for cans by a homeless person. In general, I just didn't get a good vibe and ended up asking for a refund. They were nice enough to grant it.

The bed was lumpy, difficult to sleep. Two body indentations with ridges in middle & sides. No garbage can in the room, the one of the lights over the bed did not work. One very small bar of soap. The blankets & towels were provided at reception. Across the street at Chevron there was caution tape. A gun had been discharged before we arrived.

Breakfast was N/A which is okay. Located close to freeway, but was surprised to see a security guard on campus and a fence around the property.
