Pleasant room with city views, comfy bed and plenty of space to unpack and relax. Friendly and responsive staff (including the excellent housekeepers - who made sure a couple of requested amenities were in my room upon arrival (in the early hours of the morning; much appreciated). Excellent, walkable location close to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Having been on the road for a month, access to the pristine, in-house laundromat was a welcome plus -- and the concierge happily supplied me with quarters! Also noting that the hotel was at capacity due to sxsw, but didn't seem to have any negative impact on the experience or service. Well done, would return.

Elevators in the morning seemed packed and slow.

Very conveniently located hotel with good comfortable bedding and nice views of the downtown. I would stay here again. The lower level has a good breakfast restaurant, and a lunch and dinner spot that were quite good. Overall a pleasant place to stay if you're not on a tight budget.

The service we received from the front desk was superb. The room was cleaned well daily. The bakeshop made the best coffee!

The location was incredibly central, we were able to work on the third floor as a team and the staff on arrival were so welcoming not just to the venue but to Austin thanks to Johnathan.

We were on the 30th floor and could hear/feel thumping EDM music from the second floor until 2:10 am. They need to seriously keep all guests in mind when their DJ is spinning.

City view room was not up to your high standards. Good Afternoon, First , I would like to thank you for the refund. I was disappointed in the view, I took a screenshot of what I saw when I was booking the room. I did not feel that is what I got when, I entered the room. I was running to an event at 4 pm CDT, so I could not reconcile the issue. There was only one window (3’ X 6’) approximately. I did not realistically expect to see the capitol dome, I did expect the number of windows in the screenshot. I also noted the room I stayed in was ADA compliant for the hearing impaired which could explain the lack of widows and reduced natural light in the room. I would ask you to go to Room 2709 and see if you feel that meets the high standards of your hotel for a room with a city view and compare it with the screenshot below. Second, I would like to congratulate on your high standards that I enjoyed during the my stay at your wonderful hotel, from the minute I pulled up , I felt like a valued customer and guest. The first person I met was the valet, they were happy and professional as well as helpful, having my pickup taken care of by the valet, I made my way to the second floor and was greeted promptly, cheerfully and politely by the clerk. She was very nice and greeted my wife , me and our dogs. We were swiftly given our room and made our way to the elevators. Every interaction with your staff was positive. Our room was nice and clean, the hallways, elevators and lobbies were nice and clean ass well. We grabbed a bite to eat on the first floor and our server was wonderful. When we came back from our event, everything was great, could not be any better. When we left and asked about the room view. The clerk at the desk was very nice and explained the issue to us. We felt like we had been heard, but we did not agree and probably would not do the city view next time. We picked our vehicle and the valet was great, very nice

I was on the 20th floor. You could hear all noise throughout the night from the street walking signals, the people of above me or whatever was above me making loud sounds, and the front door to the room seem thin. Could hear everyone’s conversation clearly, especially housekeeping.

The location was prefect for where I wanted to be and not too far from things I wanted to do.

Room on the 6th floor facing the street you can hear the music from the bar late into the night. More homeless people in the area than my wife would’ve liked.

It is really a cool and positive vibe in the hotel. The room is not that spacious but has everything you need. the view from the 25th floor is amazing. the location of the hotel itself is a plus. you are a walking distance from all attractions. The Personnel are really friendly and helpful. Having Caroline (the Coffee House and Restaurant) is great. having happy hour at 5 in the afternoon packed with people just laughing having fun its a totally different vibe. I would come back to this hotel definitely.

All was great other than the noise from outside

Great Hotel, the staff was super friendly and nice. The location was great but keep in mind that it is noisy outside and it can be heard in the room so if you are a light sleeper this might not be the best for you. The breakfast wasn't included so cannot rate that however there is a great restaurant in the hotel with a bar in the 2nd floor.
