Extra resort charge was too high for what was provided. Advertised appetizers for afternoon reception consist of popcorn. Breakfast is marginally better.

Breakfast was miserable, it says in the web and here in Booking.com “enjoy our continental breakfast” and when we went for it, it was a tiny room stuffed with people with looong uncomfortable lines to reach orange juice bought from the supermarket and some nasty muffins. There was no coffee, no fresh eggs (boiled eggs tasted terrible), they put small packed cereal and packed oatmeal. Totally disappointed. Wish the parking would be easier and cheaper if you’re staying at the facility, but it’s what it is.

The only teensy down side was I was on a high floor and could hear street noise. Very minor as I have a sound machine as well.

The location was great! The employees were so very kind and helpful with any questions or requests. The room was a good size with all necessities available too.

The lobby area was small and not very inviting. The continental breakfast was ok. The breakfast room was a windowless inside room. Happy hour is served in the same room.

Excellent location, very friendly and proficient house cleaning staff, very friendly staff overall! Very nice room. Very nice grab and go breakfast buffet set up outside the breakfast room.

The valet parking was inadequate at checkin. We had to circle the block MANY times to get one of the few spots in front of the hotel and the valet was only taking cars from those spots every 15-20 minutes. It was inferior to other hotels I’ve stayed in Chicago and Detroit when there were valets ready to swoop in as soon as a car pulled up, especially at the prime checkin time window.

The rooms were nice, the breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and helpful!

The shades in room 527 Le in too much light at night. The breakfasting have been better. The $25 per day facility fee. I dislike these junk fees.

Not enough tables in the breakfast room although we did have the option to take a breakfast tray to our room - so not too much to complain about.

Breakfast was great and we appreciated the early breakfast on the day of the Chicago Marathon. We weren’t expecting it but it was a lovely surprise.

The room was a little rundown. Especially unattractive are stains on the sofa, a bit of rust on the bathtub. The breakfast room was one of the saddest spaces I've seen - no window, no beauty, paper plates, like a poor college cafeteria. I wouldn't go there after my first morning.

I liked that the room was spacious, a lot of counter space in the bathroom.

The charge for valet was a bit excessive I think, but there really aren't any other decent choices if you drove your own car.

Check in was easy - it was a bit crazy unloading the car in what felt like the middle of the street, but I get it space wise.

Seemed like breakfast and happy hour has been downgraded as far as quality of food and drinks. Still a good variety for breakfast but the happy hour only had popcorn and pretzels (the ad on TV said variety of appetizers from local establishments and beer, wine and cocktails). There was only beer and dry wine, no cocktails or even soda. The lounge is too small to accommodate all the guests, no place to sit.

Nice staff, great location. Felt security was good. Lots of restaurants and entertainment close.

While my reservation through booking.com was for a double room including breakfast (at a higher rate than just a double room), I was surprised to learn at check in that I would have to pay an "activity fee" which would include a "complimentary" breakfast and happy hour. Your listings should include the activity fee will be collected at check in and there should NOT be a separate listing for the room plus continental breakfast if it is also part of the activity fee. I ended up paying twice - not worth it!

The bathroom did not have counters for toiletries. Made getting items difficult.

The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Service was good. Double shower head 🫠
