You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe were Hilton Honors for years. Now we are retired and leisure travelers. We no longer have to be up early and rush off. Breakfast was very disappointing.
Nothing as Breakfast was cold and very few choices. Breakfast staff was not cordial. They told us service was 6-9. We and others were told 7-10. We came down to eat at 9:15 expecting a good Hampton Inn breakfast. Instead appliances were unplugged and most was put away.

Everything was great. We loved the place. What made it more special was the assistant manager Corey. By mistake I had booked the wrong night at the same hotel through booking.com. This was nonrefundable. I mentioned it to Corey and he really stepped up. He made some phone calls to cancel and get my money back. I truly appreciate all his efforts and going out of his way. This made my day. I will stay at Hampton Inn again.

United States of AmericaI did not like that I chose a king room with sofa bed and then front desk lady gave my keys and when I checked in my room it was two double queen beds room and I would of thought she would of told me that they had to switch up our rooms due to computer errors of that king with sofa being available online and not at the hotel so I wasted time going up and down the elevator to go talk to front desk and also our room did not even have microwave it was such a inconvenience and our bathroom sink was plugged up. And also front desk lady was never at the front desk I would have to wait for her because she was outside happened at least 3 times….she kept complaining to me she was working on her wedding day.
